Everything was pretty good. The property location , food , amenities and services are all perfect. Good

We stayed for a night. Room was ok. Bed was also ok. AC was working and washroom with hot water facility

When I checked in, AC remote was not there. Phone was not working in the room.. Went to the reception and followed up for 2 days. They always said they'd sent but didn't get it at all. Bed sheet and towel are old.. Doesn't look like they replace bed sheet after a checkout. Poor maintenance and staff attitude will reduce the business for this property.

No towel no water not match faculty. So many time called but not responding your management service.

There are a few hotels in the same lane with the name manyata, so it’s difficult to actually find the correct one. Cleanliness: the property is dirty af. When o checked in the room had the smell of cigarette and the bathroom was stinking. I asked for a room change, and then said all rooms are occupied (while there were 2/3 rooms in the same floor that were vacant, i know this because the doors of these rooms were open, and the cleaning of the rooms were pending after the guests had left, by the way, the cleaning g staff were chilling in these rooms, and sleeping in these beds with the door open later in the evening. The bedsheets and pillow covers had hair all over and clearly they had not changed the sheets after the previous guest had checked out. I asked them to change the sheet and they made me wait for 1 hour before they came and changed the sheet.

After booking. At hotel check in time they use to take extra charges as a offline booking. Worst hotel.

The rooms were clean, and the service was great. We had a comfortable stay.

The workers were friendly and professional. The room had all the conveniences in place, and i enjoyed my visit here

Hotel is situated near to railway station, clean hygiene, the rooms are very hygienic and maintenance is really good, has spacious parking.

At reception, the executive was too rude and he was not able to track the hotel booking details from booking id. He rudely said this is not a valid booking id. After 10 minutes i downloaded the ticket and got the pnr. The. He agreed to give room. The room was not clean. When we reached the hotel (4 pm instead of 12 pm) that time they were cleaning the room. We were standing for 15 minutes outside the room. In the bed, the hairs were there, the dustbin was not clean. They have not provided towel, when i asked them they were given only 1 towel with soap. Room amenities were good. No water bottle, when i asked them they said it is chargeable. But hotel executives were very rude.

Worst experience i ever had in this hotel, literally the staff members are dogs, rude behaviour and ask extra amount after booking the hotel. First they should learn how to handle a customer and thin make business. Guys pols think twice before booking these hotel
