Hotel O Galaxy Hospitality

Location was good, but facilities are not good. Rooms are not clean, cockraches, small insects roams freely. AC, TV not working. No toiletories provided. Geyser for hot water was leaking current. Bed sheet & pillow covers not good.

Terrible it was

I have paid full amount in make mytrip but checkin has been denied saying that pending payment, but there is no such thing has been showing in the make my trip, raised a complaint on 11th jun e till now resolution has not been provided and couldn't able to connect to customer service

Room and washroom is very unhygienic. No water supply in wash room and no proper response from hotel staff

Ab amazing place to spend quality time with family without any hassle. Check-in was quite and smooth. Rooms comes with comfy furniture and are neat and clean. Locating the hotel was not a problem.

The hotel was hands down the best hotel in the city in price they charged. Rooms were decent and amazing. Also the staff was absolutely friendly. Overall, had a good stay here.

pathetic stay. that too without ac (though they claim ac is there. the staff is rude as well and misbehaving. room are dirty, dogs and cats were roaming around. also, pathetic response

As the name only says, the hotel is elegant and best. The service we got here was incredible. The rooms were extraordinary good. No hotel can beat this one in terms of hospitality. One of the best hotel in this budget in the city. Will definitely go again.

The beautiful rooms with all the amenities furnished with comfy furniture are given to us post an easy check-in. Hotel staff is really welcoming and supportive. Hotel is easily accessible by public transport. I had a great time.

As the name only suggests, the hotel is elegant and good. The staff gave us a warm welcome. When we got into the room, we were mesmerised seeing their well structured room. The theme of the hotel was based on greenery and artificial grass was installed all around the hotel. I visited phoenix market city which was near. I felt that it was all value for the money i spent for my stay here. Had a very good time here.

Good location, near highway wit

I recently got visit this amazing hotel. Everything about hotel was great from smooth check-ins and check-outs to the efficient and helpful staff to quick room service. Locating the hotel was also easy and can be easily reached by public transport. Would definitely visit again.

Hotel has got some really pretty rooms with comfortable furnitures to sit back and relax. The vibrant colors on the wall with the contrasting green leaf decor was too energizing and served as perfect backgrounds for the photographs. The downtown location of it helped me with my shopping spree. The staffs were sweet and the sanitation facilities were on pin point. I loved the ambience around and the freshness of the place.

No cleanliness, bedsheets and blankets were dirty, staff was arrogant. Hygiene is at stake. Rooms are too small. Not at all value for money. Better go and live in dharmshala. Safety norms are not followed. No sanitizer, no one's wearing mask. Food was pathetic. Dirtyness and pathetic food were the worst parts.

Good stay for a low budget with nice & clean rooms.

It's a small hotel, but it's really a good experience. Staffs are very friendly and helpfull. Amenities are also good, as comparison to price it's really was a great stay.

Stayed for 2 days during last week which was comfortable.
