Super Collection O Amritsar Near Railway Station

The room was extremely damp, with a strong smell and visible moisture on the walls, which made it very uncomfortable to stay. We checked in late at night, so we had no option but to manage. Despite our late check-in, the staff refused to extend our checkout time by even one hour (our train was in the afternoon). The pillows were in very bad condition, and the intercom telephone was dusty and dirty, as if food had been spilled on it. Overall, the experience was very disappointing.

We were very pleased with hospitality. welcome and service were commendable. The food quality was also very good, and we enjoyed it. During our stay, we encountered an issue with the television not working in one of the rooms. Apart from this minor inconvenience, our overall experience was very good. The behavior of staff was extremely polite and helpful, for which we are grateful.
