We booked for breakfast and paid extra but no breakfast services available. They were asking to speak to make my trip where I booked but no return money given

With out basic things in room, i was pay with breakfast and lunch, dinner also everything u offered me, i was pay. But he not give breakfast and lunch, dinner, then he not give one water bottle. Iam totally upset. So please return my money.

Hotel owner asked for extra money as the price provided by makemytrip is not available and they are saying no room available do whatever you can we don't give the room and the rooms are not that hygeine as well the towel is also looking black and dirty washrooms

Worst experience with this hotel. Demanding more money even though we booked for the second time for my renewal they were not accepting they want only direct payment only.

Basically the hotel was like a luxury pg earlier and now they turned this into a hotel. When we checked in, we found the room had a geyser issue and we needed to changed the room. Now in the new room, the flush was not working then again we had to change the room. Also we told them we are checking out early morning but in the morning water is not coming in the bathroom then i have to go down to reception and complain about them. Then they started geyser and it took more than 30 mins to reach water in the room. Also they don't allow outside food, so you can't order food online. Also when i asked for water at 11 pm then they said service was only provided till 10 pm. After a small argument they gave us the water.

Property is good but no restaurant available, ok for the amount we paid, but if they increase the rates then we can have other better options. Location is easy to reach, easy to find out. My expectations was little better than this. Ok not bad.
