The Pinaki Residency

Last hotel in Malviye nagar Delhi was very bad,first of all tried to connect this hotel person oyo no showing not provided direct hotel number I found the hotel but such a difficult task.bad service no quality hotel.

Very very bad experience and totally unhygienic hotel. There is no good staff and no meal and it was so horrible for me

please don't go as mentioned it's totally opposite it's horrible address complicated to find it's in residency without name or sineboard too dirty no pathetic place..

Rooms were ok ok but there are no in house facility of refreshments even tea is not there. No TV remote provided, bathing towels were torned, bed sounded wierd when you sit or turn your sides while sleeping or resting. Its good as a time pass only if you wish to stay for few hours

Ideal place for people with tight budget. Don't forget to check out this property if you stop by delhi.

1. This hotel room not good, not have sufficient space for 2 person. 2. Geyser not working. 3. Room gate can't closed because not have key. 4. Water supplie not properly. 5. All rooms at 2nd floor. Not have pic. Not suitable area for parking

The walls of the hotel smell horrible, the bedding and the towels they never smell like they were washed with soap, they smell like rotten eggs all the time, i don't think they change them every day.

The corridor was cramp, the bathroom was dirty and smelly. The room floor was not cleaned properly. And the location is not the same building, it was the other side of the building and had to walk around and search for a tiny staircase without lift while i had to climb 2 floors.

The room was not locked because they did not have the keys, the hotel did not even allow us to keep luggage in lobby before check in.

I was a disaster staying there location was wrong putted in maps. It was a s pg boys hostel where rooms were very dirty ac water was coming inside the room

The staff were friendly and professional. They provided excellent service.

Bahoot hi shaandaar service thi mera poora paisa vasool hua such a relaxing environment to stay in highly recommended.

The staff was very rude. Tv was not working. The bedsheets were dirty. They didn't change them even after asking for multiple times. There was a bad smell in the room. We had to use our own room fresherner.

It is worst experience i wonder how make my trip agency includes these kind of hotels i trusted make my trip and booked this hotel, there was no light and no backup in such summer season also when late night light came thy-cutoff the ac line

No words just pathetic. Worst ever. Hotel starts from 2nd floor only and without lift. Imagine yourself and no space for walking in the room except one feet from each side of bed. And a lot to say but owner will not b able to digest that.

Everything from check-in to check-out was best and they really know how to take care of their guests.
