Hotel O Silver House Near Mantri Square Mall

Room was good. Ac remote was not working. After informing they replaced with a new remote. Bathroom shower was not working. For early check in they have asked for extra 700Rs. Is it fare?

Ac was not working and receptionist was very rude, service not satisfied, blankets was too dirt and totally room was unhygienic don't refer this rooms for family stay or long days.

Though they mentioned that we can check in at variable hours, for early check in they charge us with 500 rs. The room cleaning was not up to mark also there were small insects on the wall coming from bed side. On multiple complaints they just clean them and on our continuous erge for changing the room they didn't change the room. Bed sheets were not changed on regular basis.

We had a great experience staying here. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed.

Even-though we made a late checkin we requested for a 2 hour late checkout on the 2nd day as we wanted to change the dress since we were out for the marriage but receptionist gave a very rude reply describing rules, western toilet didn't have the seat fixed properly n was broken down no shower room attendant looted us twice the money for food n coffee not worth for family stay

The crew is kind, and there are cozy corners. Makes you feel at home.
