Firstly it was so difficult to find the hotel in Google map as the name mentioned in MMT doesn't exist only Cloud Stay is mentioned...The stay is only at 4th flour rather than the entire building..it has different showroom, Regarding hospitality it is horrible, no toiletries, no towel, no water bottle they gave, I asked them several times than they gave a small shop and a dirty towel, I booked a room including breakfast but till 10 AM there is no breakfast and when I asked yhe reception they told me to call the cloud kitchen whom they linked with tells me that nothing is available only bread and butter is available and for breakfast it charges around Rs.150 extra.

The property location and the food was almost good however 1. Proper reception is bad. 2. The breakfast is served at 9 am 3. Beds was not clean enough. 4. The wifi password was not given even on demand. 5. Though we have 5 occupancy only 2 towels one each for each room. 6. A/c was not cooling even on 16°C. 7. The hotel played loud music at around 10:30 pm. Not what I wanted listed after a long journey. 8. Proper communication: the OYO has to link my call. Couldn't connect directly. Not recommended to anyone.

Room setup was ideal for someone traveling alone. Had everything I needed without extra space that would feel empty.

Behavior of the Hotel stuff are good. But the clothes like bedsheets, pillow cover etc. are not properly washed and there is a major problem of drainage of water in the bathroom due to improper construction, basins and other sanitary fittings are not properly cleaned. Food quality is not good.

Hotel catered to business travelers. Staff was professional and room was well maintained and perfect for work activities.
