Radisson Blu Hotel Guwahati

Had a comfortable stay at Radisson Blu, Guwahati. The property is clean, well-maintained and offers a peaceful ambience away from the city rush. Rooms were spacious, housekeeping was prompt, and the breakfast spread was excellent with good variety. Staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay — special mention to the front desk team for smooth check-in and check-out. The overall hospitality made the trip pleasant. A good choice for both business and leisure travellers. Would definitely consider staying again on my next visit to Guwahati. ⭐ Overall Rating: 4.5/5 ⭐

Bedding was not up to the mark

1. The room given was a Smoke Room. It was filled with Cigarette Smoke when we entered. My Wife and I cursed the hotel helplessly. The receptionist when asked he told me that I should have said the preference while booking which I wasn't aware. 2. The Food Bill was 5300 for 2 Rotis, Fish Curry, Chicken dry and white Rice. (Ala Carte). That felt cheating. You can't charge so much for that little food. It doesn't digest for anyone. 3. Towards the end when the Receptionist asked me for the Feedback, I did give my honest Feedback but she did not bother to react. Instead smiled as usual (Plastic Smile)

Very clean rooms , too good service & staff , food & buffet was excellent with very wide spread , location of property is very good , amenities all types of amenities available

I have booked for 2 nights stay in business class. The service was very poor as compared to other times. Not satisfied with room service, not picking up call even after call multiple times, everything else is good

Everything was great.. but the lady sitting outside the fitness centre didn’t allowed us to go inside. she said YOU ARE NOT ALLOWED TO GO INSIDE AS YOU ARE NOT WEARING SHOES.. her tone working in 5 star hotel is very rude.. she should be trained more communication skills..

Extremely comfortable stay, highly administered & monitored with super hospitality services. charges are pretty high for food & beverages. travel desk is Extremely helpful. Ambience is very nice.

Before check in I change my plan .talk to the property but They didn't respond

Had specifically gone to Guwahati to visit Maa Kamakhya Temple & hence wanted a Hotel close by so this place being like 6km away was the obvious choice! hence was upgraded to a room which had a cosy bathtub so for that! The here is a pleasure, Sanjeev at the food service was extremely knowledge & even told us about his fishing tales and Chef Saumain went above & beyond to provide us diary free desserts when we told him that we couldnt partake in the usual because of the majority containing milk. Had long walks within the property too which is spacious & well lit with ample security. There is some construction work going on too but it was good to see that particular area being fenced off.

Excellent and comfortable stay. Special mention on the breakfast food and the special flute program during buffet.

The stay at Radisson Guwahati is always a treasured memory for kids we all love the hospitality and care that is given to us all the food is amazing and kids love the pool... this mitivates us also that after decade plus still they are doing so well and not letting us complain then thats the dedication of the team and management

The staff at reception Krishna &Rocky at “The Kabab Factory” were extremely sweet and professional , their awareness and speed was commendable. Thr two bell boys were also equally pleasant and quick . Overall we loved the short stay

We have request one cake for birthday but they don’t provides the cake so poor service we have booked the rooms for birthday only

I had a pleasant stay at the property. The location was very convenient, making it easy to explore the nearby attractions and access transportation. The facilities were well-maintained. The food was delicious with a good variety of options, and the staff was always courteous and attentive. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable experience, and I would recommend this property to others looking for a relaxing stay.

We had 2 day stay there. Staff was so generous to upgrade us to business class. It was super comfortable stay with my sister. They provided all necessary things at a call. Food is good. We explored breakfast and dinner buffet at Cafe B you ( breakfast buffet was superb..had a lot of options) , had chinese at Nestasia. Staffsin food sections were very sweet .They gave complimentary gift during our checkout. We will remember Radisson’s hospitality and definitely gonna recommend friends and family to visit there.
