Beautiful property and the rooms were clean, offering a serene view. However, the restaurant service was quite slow and the menu lacked variety, we had 3 nights stay and all 3 days the breakfast menu was same and had very limited options just 7-8 dishes. This 5 star hotel will give you a 2/3 star service. We asked reception for cleaning of rooms while we wr outside for 5 hrs but on coming back saw dirty room without cleaning, had to call several times. Very bad service!! There was not a single towel was kept and had too wait for long to get towels. These all r basic things which should have available in the room before check in. 2/5 star hotel-not worth such expensive tariffs even there was Hi-Tea arrangement in the eve while all other 5 star hotels provide as a complimentary.there are only 2 waiters running around, seems like they don’t have enough manpower to cater their guests despite the hotel was fully occupied.Pathetic service!!!

Complete chaos, the management is a huge letdown. The property has been mismanaged. Extremely dirty. When you enter the hotel, you will feel that this is not at all a luxury property. If you still want to go for it, Property is extremely dirty. You can find dirt and waste papers everywhere. There is a lack of staff, and this is the worst hotel experience, I I have experienced in my life

Property’s food was not good (pathetic and low quality food). For everything such as body wash, dental kit, you have place request. Rooms were not clean. I found socks of another traveller in our room.

Did not like the buffet hotel is not that up to mark as it is in Luxe category Same breakfast everyday

Excellent stay at pahchan with snowfall adding the cherry on top. Perfect location to experience all that Manali had to offer and the best of snowfall. Food was good and the staff were supportive and catered to our needs.

Location is awesome and one of the best nature view. Proximity to solan valley is great advantage. Rooms are good but can be better. Services need to improved alot, due to lack of staff the time taken to respond is little more but all in all if you are looking to stay away from manali and more close to nature then it's one of the best location.

"disappointing experience at radisson retreat i recently had the misfortune of staying at the radisson retreat, which fell woefully short of its 5-star standards. The hotel's overall maintenance and cleanliness were appalling. Upon arrival, i was underwhelmed by the breakfast buffet, which resembled that of a 3-star hotel. The entire premises, including the floors, lifts, and rooms, were dirty and stained. Despite my three-day booking, i was compelled to check out within a day due to the subpar conditions. The in-room amenities were also poorly maintained. The washroom was unclean, with used linens, stained floors, and a non-functional kettle and toilet flush. When i inquired about the hotel's hygiene standards, i was informed that the staff was on leave. Had i paid directly, i would have been stuck with no recourse. Overall, my experience at the radisson retreat was a disaster, failing to meet even the most basic expectations. I hope the hotel management takes necessary steps to address these issues and restore their reputation

Leaving the room there is nothing good about the property. The chef is terrible. They have nothing to do in the property, everything they have written is false promise.

Wonderful stay beautiful view cozy and comfortable room friendly staff you will find starbucks and their food is also tasty

Property was very beautiful with spacious rooms and superb cuisine. Staff was very much cooperative and soft spoken.

Very helpful, courteous and polite staff. Cozy and memorable stay. Excellent choice and testy food and drinks. Without own vehicle you are stuck and nowhere to go except by walk as they don't have inhouse or outside transport arrangement. All amenities as claimed are not ready or available.

Property location is awesome. The view from the rooms are very nice. The staff is also very helpful. Burans cafe is very nice. Must go place. Breakfast spread and food needs some improvements. Pool was not working. Basic amenities like fridge & locker facility was missing in the property.
