I had a pleasant stay at the property. The room was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with all essential amenities. The staff was polite and helpful throughout my visit. The food quality at the restaurant was very good. Safety and hygiene standards were followed properly, with regular cleaning in common areas. One area of improvement would be to ensure the water doesn’t seep out of the bathroom as was in my case. Overall, a comfortable and satisfying stay. Definitely recommended!

There was some renovation work going just outside our room and to maintain privacy, we had to keep curtains close all the time which was not helpful. Also we could hear the sound of hammering and some other stuff due to this. Also, they didn’t have my booking which delayed the check in process.

2 Business Class Rooms I booked. As usual it was a good stay. Well appointed rooms. Nice food. However, Radission should seriously address issue of poor airconditioning in entire property.

The stay was not very good this time around. We have stayed here before as well and have loved the services, but things have deteriorated since our last stay. The bed sheets were a bit stained, the washroom bidet spray was leaking. But the worst highlight was the breakfast. All bakery items i.e cakes, break were stale. Infact we found cockroaches near the bread counter and also there was fungi inside the jam, upon checking the jam was near it’s expiry date. When we pointed out the fungi to one of the waitress she casually looked at it picked it up and left without an apology or asking us if we needed a replacement. This is not the kind of service we expect from a Radisson Brand.

Room service is poor, even though pre informed about occupancy of 3 members room was not arranged for 3, toiletries were toped up everyday only for one and frequent reminder was required. Stayed at Radisson Blu, Pune — overall, quite average for the price. Basic amenities were missing, and we had to call multiple times for things like hand lotion and even the TV remote. Room service was slow; food took about 1.5 hours despite reminders. Also noticed stains on the blanket, which was disappointing. That said, the staff was very polite and helpful, and the food was excellent — especially the buffet breakfast. Check-in and check-out were smooth. Good hospitality, but service quality and room upkeep need improvement.
