I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at Radisson. I woke up to find thick dust on almost every surface in the room, indicating it hadn’t been cleaned for several days. I had checked in late at night and was too tired to notice it earlier, but the condition was unacceptable. What made it worse was that the manager avoided meeting me when I raised the concern. This is far below the standards expected from a brand like Radisson.

Booking was not there was later sorted after showing the voucher .Restaurant services not good esp breakfast very average not well organized . Was overcharged on the card was reversed back though in the restaurant for dinner. No basic medicines available had to travel 3km just to get to the pharmacy surprising .if it’s restricted area such arrangements should be made in case of emergency it can prove disastrous

Room was good and stay was comfortable. Breakfast spread had ample options. Two points where we felt it needed improvement are: No smart TV even in business class rooms and there is no clarity on the lunch or dinner included in the package.

We had a great stay. Location of the property is perfect! Food was excellent, however the service at the restaurant was very disappointing. Our order was not taken and we had to wait for almost an hour for the order to be served once we brought it to their attention that we haven’t received our dish. It was just 1 veg dish and a raita! No apology from the staff either. In the end we got a free dinner after a lot of deliberation with the manager.
