I had an amazing stay. The food was good. Every staff member was nice. Overall, it was great. I'll definitely stay there again.

It was good … not a 5 star property for sure .. based on price point doesn’t meet expectation. Mosquito n fly in room and in breakfast area.. looks like an old property which needs renovation n maintenance for sure

Front desk full with attitude, on makemytrip 20% Discount offers and same as on front desk but at time of checkout no discount given behaviour of taking very rude, price are vey expensive according to room , room category is 3* but display as 5* property , breakfast is average, room full of smell

The room was very clean and well equipped with sheets, toiletries, extra cushions, towels, hot water, laundry bags, bath robes and bath slippers. The staff were quick to respond and attend to our queries ans issues. Excellent complimentary breakfast as well with Indian, Continental and American dishes.

It’s a 5 star hotel with 3 star service. The breakfast buffet was not impressive. The staff is in a rush to close the buffet. Once the time is 10 am they start turning off the lights in the restaurant. And on one day they even turned off the AC. I have never experienced such a cheap service at a 5 star property. The property is old and a bit run down. The rooms are spacious however the switches don’t function properly. The bathroom shower is also not proper nor the flush. I would definitely not recommend staying there. I requested for a late check out and I was told that up to 2 pm is maximum and after that even if 1 minute exceeds I will have to pay for half a day. I had stayed there only as it was close to the hospital which I needed to visit if not I would never continue my stay. Would definitely not recommend for the price and service.

Stay was good and provided room was big and feels like home. But there is no much security checks when entrying first time to the hotel. Inside room most of the functionality are AI based were not everyone can ease of access the functions like lights, ac and etc.

Paid Rs 9000 and such a small room . All TV channels don't work . Better facilities were expected if charges are high

Hotel is located in prime locality, spacious room, passages, rooms maintained very well, no foul smell which most of hotels have. Breakfast was also good.

The room is good, but the view of room is bad. Theres pigeon fluids over the windows. The swimming pool water is not temperature controlled. It was chilly. The complimentary massage session was the foot massage. It was relaxing. The tv hdmi is very difficult to connect. Theres no apple play or smart tv casting option as well. Food was decent.

The centrally located la marvela in bangalore is a very good hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant stay in bangalore.
