everything is fine and well maintained.staff is cooperative ,very clean environment location is very convenient for shopping

The rooms are small but cleanliness is well maintained, room service is good, location is in heart of jayanagar market, we did not take the complementary breakfast as there is no attached restaurant, time flexibility like early check-in or late check-out we have to pay extra. it's good for business stay than any family stay as rooms are too small even to put one extra mattress.

Overall it was a memorable stay and I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for comfort good hospitality & convenient location.

Rooms were neat and tidy. The service was also good. The place is present at the city centre where all the amenities are available near by.

The room are ok , but in that fan is there but not working,tv is there but no recharge is there...and main thing walls are there but not real one , bed is there but no sleep because 24/7 phone rings,for house keeping,and staff are so active keep on talking near ur room ...so this is my day .

Location in a narrow lane and taxi could not reach. From main road all your belongings need to be carried. Because it's in narrow lane finding it also will be a task No restaurant and they will source your complimentary breakfast at about 8.30 am while normally inhouse means it starts at 7.30 am. Washroom exhaust generates lot of noise. You can't switch off exhaust since only light in washroom is linked to same switch as exhaust. They refused to separate the switch for light and exhaust. Rest rooms clean and staff good.

Only problem with the hotel is its location i narrow street. Difficult to take the car to the front of the hotel

The property is located in the heart of jayanagar in a safe neighborhood. The rooms were clean and the desk guy was polite and welcoming. However, an AC in one of the rooms needs maintenance.

The hotel stay was good but there was no parking space. Had to go and park in pay n park. Other than that the hotel staff was friendly and accomodating.
