Room service was pathetic. Bathroom was so disgusting. Water was literally muddy. Room was adjustable. You get a complimentary breakfast and they never informed us about this facility. Only after ordering, we came to know about this. Basically it was unhiegenic. The area is a bit reserved. So for those of you who wanted to explore banglore in its full on version shouldn't stay here. The town goes off by 10 at night. And the hotel staff reactions were suspicious.

Do not serve timely and some people behave rudely. Rude behavior of the staff and the location is in front of bar. Not good for family stay. There is a lot of drama at night caused due to bar which makes the place creepy and scary to stay. Saw multiple incidents where police had to come to stop the fight at bar which is inside the compound of the hotel.

It's the most pathetic hotel in Bangalore. There is no intercom in room, so you have 2 go out and call every time. The single room that they gave me 1st was like a cave. All paint had come off & room window had broken so had no privacy. Toilet was dirty and no tv also in room. Then they gave me so called deluxe double room. Only good thing was room was big. But it had no hot water, toilet flush not working, no water in taps in morning, wash basin was for show, toilet was stinky. The hotel staff was not there. There was only one guy on reception who was rarely there. God knows where he used to roam around. Manager was on leave and so nobody knew anything. The hotel owner is a rude idiot who doesn't know how to speak with guests. I had booked my room through makemytrip. But when I reached there I got a shock of my life. This receptionist said we don't have any booking of yours and all rooms are full. Then I called up hotel owner and that weird is saying that if we don't have any room then the hotel is full. You go and contact make my trip. I had to contact make my trip and tell them all this. After that these hotel people arranged for those pathetic rooms. Guys please don't waste your money on this hotel. You will have a horrible time. Don't stay here even if someone gives you room for free. You would be better staying on the bus stop rather than staying here and my advice to make my trip is please remove this hotel from your listing because it is spoiling your name. Please do not fool customers like this service and hotels.

Since there is no passenger lift, staying other than ground floor is difficult for aged people and ladies. Otherwise everything is good. Location is good. Service is good. Staff are humble and co operative
