Hotel is really good. Welcome was very soothing with a welcome drink, people at the welcome desk were good and polite, even the other staff were polite. Overall cleanliness was good. Professional all participated actively.

Location(3/5): Location was good, walking distance from metro station and nearby Mall Check-in(2. 5/5) : I have booked comfort Room for 6 days. I did check-in around 2 AM. I was with my wife so they asked me for my marriage proof as they don't allow the unmarried couple(be careful for this), luckily my wife has our marriage pic. After formalities, we moved to the room. ROOM(0/5 for comfort 2. 5/5 for standard ): The room was OK in size with coffee maker, small freezer and double sofa. But the room was adjacent to the main road and every vehicle passed the road we hear the sound. Next day when we use the bathroom, we figure it out water was laying on the floor, cupboard doesn't have handles, freeze not working. No drinking water in the room. We asked the manager about these issues, he told me all comfort rooms are like same, I should shift to Normal standard room. I have paid for the higher class room but I have to shift to the normal room and they are not ready to compensate for this. I don't have any other option hence we moved to a normal standard room. Staff(1/5): staff is not cooperative and reception is not willing to talk to the guest. Every time I have called 3 times on reception for everything (even for drinking water). For any issue, they told us to wait for the manager. FOOD(2/5): for two-day they provide the buffet for breakfast with idly, vada aloo paratha, tea, bread butter & juice. Juice is not fresh and the food is cold. But for next 4 days, they served on the table only (idly vada and tea ). They have a restaurant and dinner food taste was good but it is costly. They charge 10% extra on the name of room service if you order food inside the room. Don't waste money on comfort room, this hotel is not worth for money.

The hotel is very close to the railway station, bus station and also to the Mantri Mall. It is also close to the Mantri Square metro station. The shopping of Malleswaram on Sampage road is also close by. The varieties in the breakfast are also OK. The room service was good.

Its been always a great experience with MMT. However Vittal Regency was the worst ever. It's a dirty unclean lodge and not a hotel. Not at all suitable for a family stay. I went to the this place and found drunkards loafing around in the hotel. The rooms they showed us was very small, dirty and stinking. Would never suggest this hotel to anyone. I have called in MMT and informed them about the same and to remove this hotel from their database as customers will have a very bad experience other wise. The hotel accountant was constantly staring at the luggage as if he is gonna loot us.

I have stayed at this hotel several times in the past 3 years and have recommended it to many since I had no complaints whatsoever. But, this recent stay was utterly disappointing. For the first time I had opted for a club executive room instead of the usual executive room. Impressed by the ambience of the room. There stops the good feeling. I opened the bathroom and was shocked to see a kind of half finished look to it. Lighting in the bathroom was ill located. All the problems began when I got into the Bath cubicle. No hot water at 10 am. The drain was clogged and water was accumulating. The overhead shower was broken and when turned on pieces of roof plastering came down with water. Complaints were lodged with hospitality desk and the mechanic arrived 30 min later in spite of my request for urgent repairs. Further, I always relished the breakfast at this hotel. I had my friend staying with me this time and had boasted to him about the same. What was on offer was appalling. Juices were short supplied, bread looked stale, food on warmers was not even warm, disaster had a odd smell and taste, coffee was poor. All this was at room no. 202. Suggest to have a look at the room before occupying.

I was scheduled to check-in to the hotel on 19-Nov-2016 and he check-in time as 12 noon. I reached Bangalore at 7AM and I had meeting at 10AM. Checking in at 12 didn't work for me, with lot of unsureness I asked the staff if they can early check-in me. The staff didn't utter a word free hat and straight away allotedhe oomo me. They won my heart thereafter. Everything after that was irrelevant for me. They won a customer as they satisfied my need. Go for this hotel if you want a awesom
