UPAR Indiranagar

This is my second time stay here at UPAR hotels. The reason i choose is because its near my office at Indiranagar. The rooms are spacious, neat and minimal. They do provide basic amenities.Pricing is also very reasonable.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. I had called a day in advance to book a room, clearly discussing early check-in and late check-out. A price was quoted and agreed upon over the phone. However, on arrival, I was suddenly quoted a completely different price. The manager conveniently “forgot” what was promised earlier, and since nothing was in writing, I was forced to pay extra on the spot. Things only went downhill from there. The first room we were given had dead cockroaches inside. When we requested a room change, the second room was still untidy. Throughout the stay, there were frequent power outages, and the lift didn’t work for nearly eight hours a day. We had to drag our luggage through the parking lot to exit, which was extremely inconvenient. The service was pathetic — staff were unhelpful, dismissive, and even tried to discourage us from leaving a review. To top it all, despite all these issues, they flatly refused any refund or compensation. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.

UPAR Indiranagar stands out with its good location, hassle free stay, decent room and a courteous as well as professional staff.

very poor property. The service is pathetic. The amenities inside the room is also poor. The bed was terrible to sleep in the night. There was no proper cleaning done. I had booked a business suite and while booking in the photos, it showed a living area with sofa and dining which was not provided. There is no view at the property at all. Overall it was a bad experience staying at the hotel.

Excellent rooms, highly accommodating staffs. Would recommend to any party. Be it family or friends.

excellent location,very good house keeping , good room service whenever requested.,but the beddings need urgent replacement to avoid boackaches

Worst service too much sound bad experience

There was work going on, drilling work went on till 8pm and started at 10am on a saturday. If the hotel is renovating keep the rooms close to the work shut

The hotel is a clean one and nice one to stay in a prime location. Services need to be taken care of as they seem to be somewhat indifferent to the needs of the guests.

Location is good. No food available. The rooms are not at all airy. There was leakage issue in the bathroom. Not recommendable.

I needed to stay one night. it was ok. bathroom supplies were not there, however room had tea coffee water. Location is excellent and close to breakfast places. I checked in late but staff was there to assist with luggage. only once you enter though.

Location is perfect , rooms are specious, best deal in this price,
