i had a good overall experience in the past but this recent visit was terrible in terms of ocerall experience. No professional and adequate staff. No one to even help you with luggage till your room. food really bad and probably sourced from some nearby shop. cockroaches in room showinh the level of housekeeping. food plates not collected from rooms and common area for over 14 hours. breakfast charged but service does not start before 8 AM. pathetic and avoidable place. wastage of money

The hotel is a dilapidated property with no proper upkeep. Broken amenities, no hot water in bathroom, poor furnishings. Housekeeping and staff service are pathetic. Location and spacious rooms are only plus. Food, too is below average. Good only if you strongly prefer the location and fine with third rate service and amenities.

I had a very bad experience at this hotel. The service was extremely poor, and the staff was not helpful at all. The management seemed careless, and the overall hospitality did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values good service and a comfortable stay.

The location was good for anyone who wants to stay near IISC. The food is great, the rooms are neat and clean. The staffs are very helpful and friendly. The rooms are cleaned everyday through the room service. And overall the service is really great. A 9/10 recommend.
