We had a terrible and frustrating experience this time. Last time we liked the ambience and hospitality, so we decided to come again. But this stay was a complete disappointment from the moment we entered. Basic things were not working at all. We complained several times, but the staff simply didn’t care and kept ignoring us as if our concerns meant nothing to them, n didn’t even care to apologise If the TV worked, the remote didn’t. If both worked, the internet didn’t. Kettle , switch boards nothing was in proper condition. It felt like we only came here to sleep, with no comfort or entertainment !! Honestly, even a 2-star hotel provides better service and amenities than this place. Before choosing this stay, please note, the ambience of the property is good, but the customer service is zero. And you cant connect any platform like Netflix, or anything, you just have to watch Tata sky TV which nobody choose to watch staying in a hotel.

Raddison group. worth the name. stay eas luxurious and comfortable. staff were good. fast check in and breakfast was very great The property us very luxurious and worth a stay. We took a junior suite which was very spacious for we 3. Staff is very fast and completed the check in fast. Dinner in restaurant is heavenly. Complementary breakfast has lot of choices. Great taste. Overall a great stay. Thanks

Stay was nice. but hotel staff lacks professionalism. luggage support is not there. They lack courtesy to offer help. Stay was nice and comfortable. Staff at reception are nice and helpful, but the housekeeping staff lacks professionalism and does not offer courtesy help for your luggage or parking area.

The property was excellent, this was my 4th visit with them and I was more or less familiar with the property. Few things to mention, after check-in, they might take a few mins to arrange the room. The room even though it might appear ready, will be missing some basic elements esp considering the number of occupants. Service is fast and very responsive. They seem to be having some sort of drainage issue in the shower stalls in whichever suites I have booked. Restaurant service had been good for the last 3 times, but it was terrible this time. Even though there were enough servers, all of them were scurrying around lik headless chicken even when the restaurant was not even full. I heard multiple people complain that their special requests like eggs or tea/coffee or even basic things like water or glass or napkins etc were not being given unless asked few times. They also have a small store, it is good but they don't keep regular stuff like softdrinks which is sometimes a basic thing as there are no stores nearby to the hotel.

I had booked two rooms. Experience with room 2 was pathetic. which is number 220. The bathroom water was leaking into the main room.

The rooms are large and spacious. Breakfast buffet was good. The staff ar very kind and helpful.

Water was dripping whole night couldn’t even sleep or rest Room was decent because of washroom it washed away the whole experience

The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was good and staff was supportive. The cons, is we were sitting on the rooftop and we could see big rats roaming around in the rooftop near the pool. It raised an cleanliness issue.

First u people Makemytrip cheated us with price and thr the Room was horrible low maintenance even food was pathetic staff wer good very very bad for direct walk-in customer they were charging less than online being so many years member with u no benifits i am going to delete ur account

We had booked the executive Suite. It was quite spacious and clean. The food was good and our whole experience was satisfying.

My stay was excellent, as always at The Elite Narasapura. The property is easily accessible, and the rooms are super cool, neat, and well-maintained. We opted for the breakfast and lunch package, and both meals offered a good variety of tasty food items. A great experience overall!

Stay was good but food experience was bad I’m a fooddy but this stay as a very worst dinner facility it’s a zero rated hotel for food kindly don’t visit at nights u will feel ur in the hell

Worst experience with the service and food never suggest some one to visit again it was my 4 to 5 stays I faced worst experience

We had a pleasant stay at Hotel Radisson Individual. The rooms were spacious, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed for comfort. Housekeeping was prompt, and the overall service, from check-in to room service, was courteous and efficient. Area of improvement, For a property of this standard, basic porter service should be a given, especially for guests traveling with families or heavy baggage.
