Radisson Mumbai Goregaon

The services and facilities are not upto the mark as per Radisson’s standard. I’ve ordered the food and it came after 30-40 minutes, when I ordered the liquor menu they had sent the food menu. We were staying 2 persons but they have provided the amenities facilities for only one person. Even the swimming pool was also not upto the mark. Not sure if this is really the Radisson or duplicate one.

Good very good rooms maaza toh dekho aya hume might go again

The business class room was spacious and absolutely clean. The king size bed was sulking. The food was very nice but they need to keep things like sambar more hot. Check in and check out was very efficient.

The biggest issues were related to noise in the room. The hotel staff was continuously outside and speaking loudly to the point that we had to go out twice and ask them to keep it down. Moreover, there was some maintenance work ongoing. While checking into the room I asked them if this was going to continue to which they assured me that it was a 5 minute thing. However, there was continuous noise of drilling and construction in my 2 days of stay there. Location was accessible although don’t expect any view from the rooms as again there is construction ongoing outside as well. The road outside seems busy and trafficy. The rooms were standard and clean and the food was good.

The property is beautiful, rooms are spacious and have a great view. The breakfast spread is definitely something to experience. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and non-vegetarians. The service is top notch with every single staff member being extremely helpful and courteous. They also help make arrangements for in-room surprises for your loved ones like birthdays/anniversary etc. Had a fabulous experience with them and definitely recommend them for a visit!

The room was spacious but the staff was quite negligent. The response from the front desk is quite slow and unprofessional. The good thing about the stay was the morning breakfast. The chefs and staff were very professional and prompt to make sure we had everything.

We liked the stay also the staff was very helpful and friendly.The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed our time at Radisson Mumbai Goregaon

In mid of Goregaon Mumbai this property makes your stay very comfortable. Very clean and well mentioned hotel. Best amenities tasty food and courteous staff.

मुंबई की बेहतरीन और आसान लोकेशन पर स्थित यानि Easy approach है । भोजन और ब्रेकफ़ास्ट का एक लग हो अनुभव है अत्यंत स्वादिष्ट और उतना ही हेल्दी भी आपने हाईजीन का भी पूरा पूरा ध्यान रखा है। स्टाफ डेडिकेटेड है और संवेदनशील भी है । यहाँ रुकना एक शानदार अनुभव है ।

We had done a booking for our wedding day. For the bride to get ready in the morning and then our first night. We weren't allowed to photo shoot in the morning despite so much request. Staff was rude too. They didn't allow early check in too due to which i had to book one full day. I'm very very disappointed with the service and definitely will never put a step in a radisson ever again as they made our big day difficult and chaotic.

Food quality of the hotel is not up to the mark and behavior of staff is biased for me as i booked my stay from mmt not direct customer of the hotel. They didn't responded on my requests and demands and didn't greet me accordingly. U people should look out for these things

Location is prime, the front desk would be better if they wear a smile. Very upfront in letting me know that it's just a twin they can offer. Sounded like take it or leave it! b fast was average, most things tasted bland.

It was nice experience

I was in for a shock to know that they have a weird policy (was told this policy is only for this particular radisson property) wherein house guests are made to pay then & there every time they consume any service (food, in-room dining etc. Normally, it gets added in room charges and guests settle at the time of check out. But this property insists that you carry your wallet every time you go to their restaurants etc. This is very inconvenient when one is travel-ling with family (i was out on business work and my family had to keep doing this all the time. Raising this to hotel management (gm - mr singh, dm, fom) was like talking to a brick wall. They accepted it's weird but expressed helplessness. Quite unexpected at a radisson property.
