I was upgraded from a premium room to a suite. The room was spacious but the furniture seemed dated. The bathroom was spacious and clean, however, I noticed a peculiar smell. The breakfast was alright. The location is good, if you plan to shop in Saket. The stay is good for a couple of days

I recently stayed at Svelte Hotel, Delhi, and had a very pleasant experience overall. The location is definitely its biggest plus — it’s literally right next to Select Citywalk Mall. Having Select Citywalk, DLF Avenue, and Saket Metro all within walking distance made getting around the city super convenient.

Property not well maintained. Room not cleaned properly. Towels look dirty. The location is good for people who are staying solely for shopping in Select Citywalk and the adjoining malls.

Location is great Staff and front desk is satisfied only issue is checkin time , I reached 12.30 but have to wait by 1.45 , that was painful, I booked suit but they interior and cleanliness was not satisfactory, the breakfast was just ok , I pay 15 k for this room but it’s not value for money at all

(1.)Two days before checking I called hotel to find if I could do early check-in. They assured, if room was available, it was possible. They did not mention anything about extra payment. I reported at around 06:00 AM on the day of checking-in and they took full payment of one day extra.(2) Shower of room no. 703 was not working. In morning I had to go for work without shower.
