Location is excellent Food is very good Services are very good But there were bed bugs in room no 254

The hospitality services towards us was not up to the mark..things were crossed verified twice ...rooms were allocated to us late..

I rarely write negative reviews, but my stay at Radisson Blu Marina, Connaught Place was extremely disappointing. What’s sold as a 4/5-star hotel is actually an old, overpriced guest house. I paid per night (after discount) for a room worth ₹3,000–₹3,500. The “Business Class Room” was tiny, suffocating, and poorly maintained, with dusty windows, old bathroom fittings, and no ceiling fan or exhaust. Basic amenities were missing — only one towel for a family, unusable shaving kits, and chargeable water at ₹120 per bottle! Even budget hotels provide complimentary water. Breakfast was dull and limited, the area cramped and poorly lit. Maintenance is pathetic — leaking bathrooms, wet carpets, and indifferent staff. After paying for four nights, This property tarnishes the Radisson name — overpriced, unhygienic, and unworthy of the brand. Avoid it completely.

My experience at this property was far below the expectations from a reputed brand like Radisson Blu. 1. Check-in Nightmare: The check-in process took over 2–3 hours, even though I arrived around 2 PM — well within the standard check-in time. It was frustrating and poorly managed. 2. Flooded Bathroom: The bathroom flooded the very first time we used the shower. Clearly, the drainage system was either blocked or never maintained. 3. Unpleasant Odour in the Hallway: The entire gallery outside our room had a strong, unpleasant smell, as if the carpet had not been cleaned in a long time or the laundry area next to our room was never properly maintained. 4. Toiletries Not Refilled: The toiletries were not topped up during our stay (even basic items like tissue paper). When I mentioned this at checkout, the receptionist oddly said it was “for privacy” — which makes no sense since the cleaning staff enter daily for housekeeping and can easily check supplies. 5. Poor Housekeeping Standards: The toilet bowl wasn’t cleaned daily, which shows a serious lack of attention to cleanliness and hygiene. Overall, the hotel is poorly maintained and badly managed. Definitely not worth the price or Radisson name. I would not recommend this property to anyone expecting a comfortable or clean stay in Connaught Place

I am extremely disappointed with the behavior of the hotel reception team during checkout. Before booking, we had specifically requested a late checkout since our check-in was also late. Despite this prior request, the staff spoke very rudely and insisted that we leave immediately. Their unprofessional attitude and lack of courtesy left a very negative impression. A little understanding and polite communication would have made all the difference, but unfortunately, the experience was quite unpleasant.

The staff is very respectful and get everything done quickly, got checked in very smoothly and they gave sweets as it was diwali

Centrally located. But service limitations are there. Also in room dining experience was not so great. Breakfast experience was ok. Room amenities are ok.

As per pricing and hotel brand name this property i can rate average only lots of lags rooms are small lift facilities limited and slow food quality also below average

On business trip. Hotel has bad odor all over on 2nd floor. Room offered to us was really bad as no one can stand near Toilet for more than 1 min. Do not know why they do not want to improve. It has happened before as well.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay. Despite arriving after check-in, our room wasn’t ready and we waited nearly an hour before being given an “upgraded” room, which turned out to have a broken A/C. It failed twice, each time taking 30 minutes to fix. The next day, I requested luggage delivery from my car; after repeated assurances and over an hour of waiting, nothing was done—I had to fetch and coordinate it myself. For the premium rates charged, such delays, incompetence, and lack of accountability are unacceptable. This was a frustrating, time-wasting, and appalling experience.

Excellent as usual. Radisson blu is a Brand with same facility at all over location. Fantastic, wonderful

Located at Connaught Place is great for those who want to be at the city center. We had lunch, which was wonderful. The fall was superb. Rooms are small but understandable because the building is old. Charges , well, it's a matter of personal opinion.

Had a great stay at Radisson Blu Marina, Delhi. The rooms were spacious and clean, staff was super helpful, and the location in Connaught Place is perfect. Loved the food and overall ambiance—definitely a stay I’d recommend

The location was okay in terms of being close to many eateries and stores. The check in process was terrible, had to wait for over an hour and after multiple follow ups we got a room, which was pre booked. The rooms and bathrooms are pretty small, and not very clean.

I have always stayed in Radisson whenever I have to come to Delhi but this time the experience was not good. Firstly, I came at 8.30pm but was not allowed room till9.30pm Secondly,although deluxe room was given to me but room was smelly thirdly,menu of breakfast was same and flies all round the food
