My experience at Eros was amazing, my father was unwell, they arranged a doctor provided medicines all at the hotel and even some complimentary drinks for energy as he felt a bit weak, they upgraded my room without me even asking for anythin, the staff was truly amazing and helped us out so much. I would highly recommend this hotel as their food is great rooms are very comfortable and staff I have no words for they were that good.

This property have decent rooms, but their service quality and food prices are exorbitant. Prices of everything from a cup of tea to any dish are extremely high and prohibitive. Way above the level of hotel. This hotel is maximum a 3 star property especially the type of service they have. Don’t go by lower room rates. If you want to spend the amount of money you will spend here then better find some nice other 5 star property. Not recommended.

Property was worst We switch to one room to another still rooms r smelling Very old 50s infrastructure Very bad experience staying there As a customer of MMT i am very disappointed by your services too as you r the agent between customer & property & it’s your responsibility atleast to check that 5 star property is what level Eros I can’t give 1star
