Actually, 1. Location and Display of the Name-the name was not visible easily and location too is not easily accessible. 2. Aesthetics: it didn't look like a nyc place to visit, no cleanliness in front of the room. Door locks were broken and the bedsheet and towel were also not clean. 3. Dinner was not available after 10:00 PM 4. They called us multiple times starting from 10:30 Am till we left the room. This is not acceptable at all. We got around 4-5 calls between 10:30-11:00 am and two calls after that till 11:30 AM. 5. They started us asking to leave as they had their next guests waiting. Though the check-in time is 1:00 PM. I would not recommend it to anyone.

bad experience in staying at this place room is big but , ac is terrible no ac controler available, lots of insects inside, tv not on working condition, horrible lightings , didn't get sleep proper
