Room Amenities: Guests can choose from 55 rooms and suites which are available in five different categories, namely Heritage Room, Premier Room, Deluxe Suite and Luxury Suite and Lutyens Suite. According to government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person above the age of 18 staying at the hotel. The identification proofs accepted are Drivers License, Voters Card, Passport, Ration Card. Without valid ID the guest will not be allowed to check in.

The room tariff includes all taxes. The amount paid for the room does not include charges for optional services and facilities (such as room service, mini bar, snacks or telephone calls). These will be charged at the time of check-out.

Pay at Checkout

Pay at Checkout policy is valid for hotels in India only.

The remaining amount needs to be paid by the guest at the hotel. Guests might be asked to pay in cash if the credit card machine at the hotel is absent or dysfunctional.

If the guest plans to check-in at the hotel after 5:00 pm, they must inform the hotel in advance. The hotel can release the room in case you have not checked-in by 5:00 pm and have not informed the hotel about your late check-in.

Some hotels might ask for a security deposit of up to 100% of the booking amount at the time of check-in; denial of paying security deposit, may lead to hotelier not allowing check-in.

    Nice place to stay again but location is not very good, staff was polite and helpful. Well kept property neat and clean, food quality is nice. From front desk to the managerial staff all are very courteous and shows the class. Would stay again for sure.

    Very Royal Hotel !! Food is awesum. Welcome lassi was yummy. Very tranquil. Historical hotel since 1904. Legacy of Oberoi group. Location very nice, next to Delhi Civil Lines metro station. Courteous staff. Nice rooms with lovely view. Tastefully done interiors. Of the Hotel.

    It was a great stay The staff was too notch and they know very well how to handle the customer. As it was my birthday, hotel also arranged a cake for us which was really very sweet. I'm looking forward to stay in that hotel again.

    Room was good and stay was comfortable but I experience worst main gate security staff when I was entering in hotel security officer said please come from back gate and then I reply im the guest he say gave me your booking id that doesn't make the sense. Breakfast buffet is good except crossient

    Advance call by staff before check in. Good reception with a welcome drink and minimum time for documentation. Quick and responsive staff. Overall a very comfotable stay with every comfort at just a phone call away.
