Terrible Stay
So basically ! I never suggest someone to book there heritage room as they give you room on ground floor which have lizard insects, i was so scared when i saw lizard on my bed and some insects in my bathroom they have lot of mosquitos in room very bad experince this time .

Excellent Stay
Stayed at Maidens Hotel recently and it honestly felt like stepping into another era. The place is beautiful grand old architecture, peaceful gardens, and a calm that’s rare in Delhi. The staff were genuinely kind and attentive without being over the top. Rooms were spacious, clean, and had that old-world charm without missing any modern comforts. Loved having my morning tea in the garden. It’s one of those places you don’t want to leave. Definitely going back.

Our 2nd time in Maidens
So this was a second time for us in maidens and honestly the experience is fabulous. The hospitality is great. Food is very good. Ambience is 10/10 and most importantly they knew that on the same day we were staying last year so they asked us what was the occasion and honestly the occasion was very special to us (my husband and i met in Delhi seven years back on the same day ) and honestly they made it more special with a very special decoration in the room and with the sweetest gesture by serving us a special cake, so maidens made our day more special ( keeping a specific records of guest stay is so thoughtful) and honestly this property is one of the most beautiful properties with the best room in Delhi. We love Maidens ❤️

Disappointing!!!!!
Extremely disappointing experience due to the unprofessional and rude behaviour of the manager, Deepika. The room had a strong sewage smell, a non-functional AC, and overall poor condition. Despite multiple requests, she refused a simple room change with no flexibility or concern. Her attitude was dismissive, cold, and unhelpful throughout. I had to cut my stay short and move to another hotel. Hospitality is about how guests are treated and this property failed miserably on that front. Would not recommend.
