Terrible Stay
We requested twin bed room and the condition of that room is very terrible .. this is my fourth time stay at this properity and never expected this....theres no door on the bathroom only a curtain with kids its a very akwared situation ... and the shower nob and the head shower is leaking and the worst part is while having bath the water on the floor reached the outer lobby... EVEN THE STAFF WATCHED THAT...... The last stay as i am a gold member of accor group and also ITC HOTEL CHAIN .... VERY BAD EXPERIENCE .. not recomended

Terrible Stay
The Park hotel standard has fallen drastically, they doesn't even know that in there washroom they're no class door, but still they're providing that same room to guest's 604. At a high price of 25k ridiculous, steam rice portion with 3 portion boil aluu and 2 portions of boil veg charges 6300. Is this what they're standard. Shameful behaviour

The room size not good, very congested. Bathroom walls of glass, didn't close properly. There was no dental kit and comb in the bathroom. Television not placed properly.

Mosquito and hairs in bed toilet and food was the terrible thing I experienced . No one is ready to check all this and the room service the most terrible. I m staying here from last 4-5 years but they are degrading there standards day by day

Great Place To Stay
The location is good. Hotel staff at the reception are serving guests with a smile. The guard at the hotel entrance does have good manners. Great parking area. Rooms are very comfortable followed by good lighting in room. Bed is quiet comfortable with lot of pillows. Quite a collection of mild snacking in room is available which is good; I have tried peanuts and a coke. The shower is the bathroom is marvellous. The only reason I have not given excellent to the hotel is due to the fact that the toilet seat is very un-comfortable with very less space to wash intimate parts and it is too small.

Completely Disappointing Experience
Stayed at The Park, Delhi (24-25 Aug) and it was a terrible experience. Room was in pathetic condition, broken shower knob, no water from shower, rusted taps, and dirt everywhere ( Check-in was equally bad, The official check-in time is 2 PM, I arrived at 1:45 PM, but even though the room was ready, staff rudely made me wait and only gave the key at 2:15 PM. The front desk was unprofessional and lacked basic courtesy, this unnecessary delay reflects poor customer service. Staff Behaviour, The front desk staff were rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking in basic hospitality standards. Instead of making the guest feel welcome, their attitude added This hotel is nowhere near 5-star standards, at best, it feels like a 3 star property.

property location ia very good. all type vehicles are available such as city bus auto etc. medium as well poor man stay in this hotel. this is good. food is good and this is also very good that not compulsary for out side food this mean no cheating in this hotel. all workers are very good and supportive nature. they told very sweet.
