The property though small was quite beautiful and well maintained. The rooms were very spacious and the hospitality was top notch. The key highlight were the buffet options (both breakfast and dinner). Really great food in taste and variety..!! Loved the stay..!

Initially half of the day we kept on changing 3 rooms due to cleanliness issue ,in stay of one day .However duty manager is very cooperative ,humble and helpful to give the best of everything as he understood that we were very annoyed due to rooms issue .Duty manger offered us complementary dinner most important he provided us his personal number in case we face any issue.

Good service levels and layout . Quite location for Solitude weekend getaway. Good food. Rooms are spacious and well appointed.

Rooms were not ready when we reach at 3 pm. They gave us one room and gave another room at 5 pm. Balcony was not clean, safety net was broken. No welcome drink offered. Bad experience with Taj. Even cleaning is not proper near reception area Tea was scattered and was not cleaned from evening to next morning.

Initially the room alloyed were in a very shabby condition. When asked to change the answer was that as I have booked through MakeMyTrip only these rooms will be given. They also refused to update points for this booking in my membership. Later when I used my contacts in Taj they gave me totally different rooms. So in short all hotels when booked through MakeMyTrip give most shabby and neglected rooms.

Hi, I had a great experience visiting Taj Surajkund. This is the first time visiting Taj Surajkund and overall I visited on my first anniversary and overall it was very good experience team is staff is very good. Food is really good. I booked with dinner for dinner was amazing, the kind of variety and the options that they have additional breakfast. Everything overall it was a great experience visiting Suraj.

From the warm welcome upon arrival, to the final moments of my departure, every aspect of my experience was a testament to excellent hospitality. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and efficient. A special thank you to Ms.kushi and Mr Amit who went above and beyond to accommodate our last-minute request of balcony room as I am cluster phobic they both ensured our stay was perfect. The room was spacious, stylish, and spotlessly clean, with a very comfortable mattress that provided excellent sleep quality. The hotel's location is perfect, offering both beautiful surroundings and easy access to popular Malls near by. We also thoroughly enjoyed the food at the hotel's restaurant. The breakfast was diverse and delicious, with a great selection of Indian and Continental options. I was particularly impressed with the atmosphere, which felt peaceful and relaxing, making it the perfect escape. The complimentary tea and coffee in the room were a lovely touch. This stay exceeded all my expectations, and I am already looking forward to visiting again for a longer stay. I highly recommend Taj Surajkund faridabad for a brilliant and unforgettable experience. Great service, great facilities, family friendly. Food at Paranda is amazing. Loved every aspect of my weekend stay. The pottery session with Rohit and Rahul was a beautiful experience.

I stayed with my family at Taj Resorts, Faridabad. It's a great property in NCR with amazing hospitality, food . Perfect for staycation. Highly recommend!

Overall good stay but not feel the resort living.Its a hotel stay with facilities.Pool is good and food is also nice .For children activities is less.

There was an issue with the room door and we had to shift to another room. Had to call many times to raise the issue. The breakfast buffet was not so good and had limited options. Overall the stay was average and there is room for improvement.
