The stay was good because of the MMT support and the staff of the Ambassador, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions as the Ambassador, New Delhi - IHCL SeleQtions itself was not very pleasing and the initial room allotted was having a dampness smell and the price did not justify the properties upkeep

To start with as I have stayed a few times, your nstaff upgraded me to a higher category room Thank you. I needed to get in a swim so they arranged a car to drop me to the Taj Mahal. On the return while waiting for the car the The Taj Mahal treated me to a cofee.

Amazing stay , Your Duty managers are really very prompt , kind and helpful , Roshni was very warm in her interactions and helped with the wake up call and take way breakfast. Excellent service and staff. Well done .
