La Estoria property is good. Road is reach the resort is narrow. As building is old, it needs maintenance. We have booked 3 rooms for 2 nights. Phones are not working in guest rooms. I suggest team to review and work on enhancing the guest stay experience.

Nice hospitality everyone Seems welcoming. Wonderful breakfast spreads. Food taste is also good. Cons. Property is completely open from opposite ends. All households and local people can be seen as you get out of your rooms. Passage should be covered and fully air conditioned.

I had a really horrible experience. My room had some AC issue and there was water all over the floor all over the walls and the manager was very decent. Very nice and that was the only silver lining - the staff , extremely courteous and helpful. It's nowhere close to being a Taj property in fact far from it, so the manager changed our room and the next day we had some two starters which he did not charge us for technically the state that the room was in. I would have expected a much better compensation, but I did not want to get into a fight or an argument because I was celebrating my daughter 16 and I didn't want to ruin it, but this is nowhere close to being a Taj property.

The room was awesome and excellent service.. my husband fell sick but the hotel team made sure they got the medicine what I needed at 1am in night so this has won my heart..

This is an absolute gem of a Taj property hidden in Candolim, Goa. We stayed here for 3 Nights and 4 days. We were upgraded to a Premium King room with Pool view on arrival and were greeted with a welcome drink, Violinists and a sea shell garland. The staff were highly courteous and welcoming. The service levels were top notch too. The Canterbury bar served amazing drinks. The buffet breakfast & Lunch was good & can be improved further. The Ala-carte menu was lip smacking delicious. Manoj, the chef was magical with his food. The pool was pristine & offered multiple kids pools. The Portuguese architecture of the hotel was gorgeous to admire. The amenities inside the room were great. The only longing was a bathtub that was limited to the suites only category. They had arranged movie screening for kids at Hotel banquet hall as the rains dint let anybody out. They have a kids play house that ensured my infant was occupied through out the day. Would recommend for families with Kids and elderly.
