The food was pathetic - room was dusty - the food @ dinner was stale . I was informed MMT rate was double of the actual rate

very pathetic service. No wifi in the rooms only in the lobby. Basic amenities like tea is also not provided in the room. rocket charges are taken for rooms with Jacuzzi but it's not in a Orking condition. sports activities are also over priced compared to other resorts in dandeli. very terrible experience. it's a big NO.

It’s very good Resort with all activities. Food is excellent. Place also excellent as it’s on Kali River bank. Thank you for wonderful stay.

My stay was very comfortable and enjoyable. The property is in a good location, the food was delicious with enough variety, and the facilities were clean and well maintained. Staff were polite and always ready to help, which made the experience even better

our stay was terrible..food was worst ...3 guest had abdominal infection..poor service ..poor hygiene in rooms and bathroom..food was too bad and ..we wasted our money and precious vacation time

Very good and calm location. Property is clean and neatly maintained. Staff are very good and humble. Breakfast was good. Lunch and dinner is ok, need to improve in veg section. Kids pool is not maintained. Good for activities and nature loving people. Over all good, except for bit overpriced.

Location is good, adventure activities are good. But food is hopeless, restaurant is only serving bar menu, coffee shops open for few hours. Indoor games section zero availability. Most importantly security is no where to found in the whole resort. Restaurant cleaning is very bad, basin gets choke up, hand sope gets finished. Etc

Property and location is amazing but not maintained well, not maintained clean inside resort n even in restaurant food is not that that great, room service is not available, spa therapy is amazing. Not taken

Nice resort but 1. No room service 2. Buffet food only 3. No phone signal (jio + vi) 4. Tv channels also very limited could find 3-4 only 5. No centralized wifi 6. Excellent in terms of activies

Stay was nice and comfortable, and food was also nice. Staffs were courteous and helpful and prompt. Only point is food lacked variety, and with set menu you can think of adding milk and cornflakes in the breakfast and occasional chinese options in dinner to make it more variable. Or think of adding fish once in three days to keep it interesting.

The activities were good but there are no activities for kids till age of 9 yrs so it's difficult to keep them engaged. Even the indoor activities had very options and we had to buy uno cards from them
