Worst. The rooms were filled with rats and bats, rat shit in the drawer, toilet seats covered with fungus, cupboards filled with fungus smell and fungus, biscuit packets chewed and eaten by rats which was not changed, half eaten and drunk bottles are wrappers in the fridge, tea being served in paper cups as though in canteen, instead of whiskey glasses plastic cups being provided, food plates kept outside wasn’t being picked up by the staffs which attracted dogs and cats who were eating and licking the plates. The same plates are being washed and food being served in. So disgusting. The litter outside the room is being unbothered to be cleaned. Bugs in the beds. Dirty towels, bed sheets and blankets. God alone knows when was the last time they were cleaned. Unexperienced staffs, no manners no basic etiquette’s how to talk to customers or handle the situation. Not recommending to anyone at all. Not worth a single penny. Food is good but after seeing the rodents don’t know how hygiene the kitchen is.

The rooms aren’t clean it was filled with fungus, rat , bat . Rats and bats found in the room. Dogs and cats eating and licking from the left over food from the plates and serving the same plate to eat later...no staff decency n manners to talk.. worst experience ever... staff people take the complaints as joke and laugh while chewing gum and rooms weren’t hygiene including the toilet there were rat eaten biscuits on the table

We had a wonderful stay at orchard. The location, amenities and food was too good. Highly recommended for 1-2 days stay for family.

The property has a very good ambiance with mud cottage. The best part is that it's pet friendly. we stayed one night but feel like a good place to spend a few days away from busy city life. we can have natural feelings everywhere. about the cleanliness, there is room for improvement. Also, food costs are reasonable and good quality and quantity. but breakfast was limited.

Food was very very costly. Just a 300 ml sprit was for Rs 54. Rest u can guess the food cost. Room was good. Games are less and no proper maintenance.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the orchid resort, and i must say, it was an absolute delight! from the moment i arrived, i was impressed by the warm hospitality and the beautiful surroundings. The food at the resort was simply exceptional. The chef's culinary skills were evident in every dish, and the variety of options was impressive. I particularly enjoyed the local specialties, which were flavorful and authentic. The pool was another highlight of my stay. It was crystal clear, spacious, and perfect for a relaxing swim or a fun-filled day with family and friends. My room was comfortable, clean, and well-appointed, with all the amenities i needed. The resort's grounds were beautifully landscaped, with plenty of greenery and vibrant flowers. What really set the orchid resort apart, however, were the unique amenities on offer. I enjoyed cycling through the surrounding countryside, taking in the picturesque views and fresh air. The bird-watching tower was another surprise, offering a peaceful and serene spot to observe the local wildlife. Overall, i would highly recommend the orchid resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. The combination of good food, comfortable accommodations, and unique amenities makes it a truly special destination.

This is my worst experience at any resort in my all time. Nothing good about this resort. After check in I found out that there are no activities for kids.The trampoline was completely in dust and covered by dried leaves as if not being in use since many years. When asked the reception for darting game, he said it is not working. In the swimming pool, there were ducks which were taking bath😀, not humans. Food was completely a mess. They add artificial colours so graciously and they say it is all natural colors. ( we know which one is artificial and which one is natural). In the room there is no display of phone numbers on intranet. In the bath room the soap cum shampoo container was not there. When asked the room boy to provide soap and shampoo, he gave us soap solution filled in the small water bottle. When asked the reception and raised ou r concern, he is just casually told” Till today nobody has complained, seems that you have problem for everything” in arrogant way. I checked out at 7pm and left the place. I advice any one looking for resort in this area, please do research and book.

Very good hotel. Rooms are very spacious. Cleanliness is excellent. Breakfast excellent. But no room for driver and property is 15 kms away from city. So driver can not get room at nearer place.

Overall good experience here, just one tip to the hotel is not to ask guests to reiterate check out timings personally it’s a put off for me but otherwise a good option

The property is located close to the city. Clean rooms, helpful staff and good food at the restaurant. Rooms are spacious and clean.
