The resort decor and interior was impressive. We faced issues with maintanence like hot water, TV settings etc.

Awesome location and staff breakfast was good and the best part was the cleanliness and the car wash service was the top notch.

Amazing stay. I had booked a superior room and the balcony view was just breathtaking. The staff was kind and humble they also approved my request for late checkout of course as per the availability but yeah they were kind enough to do that. A relaxing stay must say.

Location: The property is very conveniently located on the highway and it is beautiful, clean and extremely well maintained. Rooms are very nicely furnished with beautiful mountain views which is a delight especially in the monsoons Food: The food was simply amazing. There is a choice of vegetarian and non vegetarian food. The restaurant has a modern yet classy ambience with light music. There is a also a pastry shop for the sweet tooth Amenities: The property has a good variety of outdoor and indoor amenities including swimming pool, kids archery, carrom, table tennis, pool table etc Service: The staff is very polite, courteous, and helpful always smiling and ready to help. Would definitely visit again!!

The resorts offer a pleasant experience with a focus on nature, good amenities, and attentive service.

The stay was pleased and peaceful. The staff were polite and friendly. The food was great, we had taken the combo of breakfast and dinner package which was worth it. Mr Basavaraj was excellent captain who suggested the suitable food options.

Upon check-in, the staff simply opened the room door and left without explaining the room facilities or showing us around. *The balcony had a large number of mosquitoes and even 4–5 cats roaming around, which made it very uncomfortable to relax and enjoy the space. *I faced a lot of difficulty just to turn on the TV. I had to call the reception 4 times within 30 minutes to get it resolved. ** The room lights could not be turned off properly, and since the staff did not explain the controls, it created inconvenience. Frankly, such issues are not expected from a 5-star hotel. I hope you take this feedback positively and improve the guest experience in these areas.
