Disappointing Stay
Location? Spot on! Right in the heart of Ahmedabad, convenient for exploring. The hotel was a major letdown. Here’s the lowdown: - Cleanliness: 0/10 🚮 Bathrooms were dirty, stinky, and gross. No amount of apologizing fixes this. - Gym: Out of Order 🏋️♂️. Zero equipment, zero vibe. Skipped my workout, skipped the hype. - Service? Muted. Staff seemed polite but issues weren’t addressed. - Ambiance: Plain, nothing wow. If you prioritize cleanliness and facilities, skip this one. Good for a 1-night crash with location needs, but don’t expect luxury. Wouldn’t recommend without a major overhaul. 👎

Average Stay
Room was quite small for the price. We booked a 4 family room. One if the receptionist was rude others I think senior staff was better and provided better response.

Best hotel and food . Staff are really nice . Room service are real gem. This is my third time in that hotel stay . They always make me comfortable at checkout time and gave me more to stay till the timing for my flight. No doubt if i again visit i choose only Regenta Antarim next

The room was average, room services were slow and toiletries were not available with a broken jet spray in the washroom.

just regenta hype, definitely not worth
The overall experience was quite disappointing. The hotel did not provide parking — we were asked to park our vehicle on the road. Basic toiletries were missing, and even the shampoo and shower gel bottles placed in the bathroom were empty. The dining area was located in the basement, which felt very suffocating, with such dim lighting that it could easily cause a headache. The food quality was below average, and the breakfast buffet consisted of cold items. The room almirah was old-fashioned and inconvenient to use, and there was no proper ventilation in the room. Definitely not worth the price or expectations.

I have selected this property as a Regenta brand . Room is so pathetic , TV not working, doors of cupboards are not closing properly, Window of room not working properly so all night I slept with open window with Diwali noise & air pollution.

Mixed Stay: Good Check-in & Breakfast, Bad Room
As a returning guest who has previously stayed in this room type, I was disappointed with the current conditions. The room had a noticeable unpleasant odor, and the overall maintenance was subpar. Specifically, essential bathroom amenities were missing, the hot water was unavailable, and the air conditioning was not functioning effectively. However, I must commend the very good and swift check-in experience and the excellent quality of the buffet breakfast.

Really enjoyed my stay here….rooms have ample space and the staff is friendly too. Food was good with choices for breakfast. Check in , check out process is also quick. Special thanks to Naphi whom i got to know about. Thanks for serving us and will surely visit Meghalaya soon.☺️

The stay wasn't comfortable at all as the rooms were not neat and clean (bed linen and the toilet was smelling, no hot water in the morning as we had to check up around 4 am as we had a flight to catch). I called the reception area to send somebody to come and change the linen but the guy was just not aware of which size of the comforter cover will fit so he had to go back again). The room seemed as if it wasn't clean at all. Towels were not completely clean. We didn't complain much as we had very little time to sleep due to our early morning flight. Not at all worth the price and location. Sorry to say. That's why I cancelled my upcoming booking with the same hotel.
