Good Stay
Pleasant stay in a hotel with good infrastructure. I had the balcony room and it was spacious. There is a small infinity pool but was in maintenance because of the rains I guess. Food was good enough. The housekeeping wasn't up to the mark though. One room that was allotted had a stinking wet towel in the cupboard!! We shifted into another room and the balcony was filled with a hundred cigarette butts and ash all around. The gap between the glass and wood of the centre table was filled with water!!! 3.5 - 4 stars probably as an overall score. Reception staff was wonderful both during checking in and out.

the services were poor, we asked for plates, they gave only 2 plates for 5 people despite we booking 2 rooms. they asked Rs 125/- per plate for any more extra plates. we had to ask for everything twice or thrice even for coffee, towels, water refill etc... no proactiveness with the service team. the stay was comfortable and rooms were clean. but only the service should be improved

My recent stay at Regenta Place, Vasco, Goa was truly delightful and exceeded my expectations in every aspect. The check-in process was smooth, seamless, and impressively quick, setting the tone for a wonderful stay ahead. To my pleasant surprise, the hotel graciously upgraded my booked Club Double Room to a Club Superior Room with Balcony on their own, without any prior request, a thoughtful gesture that I deeply appreciated. The room and washroom were impeccably clean and well-maintained, comparable to those of any leading premium or luxury property. The bed linens were of superior quality, complemented by a well-curated pillow menu that ensured a restful sleep. We had opted for the Breakfast Only plan, and the spread was impressive. Every dish was delicious, and the service by the restaurant staff was prompt, courteous, and warm. Another major highlight is the property’s location — just about 7 to 10 minutes from Dabolim International Airport, making it an extremely convenient choice for travellers flying to or from Goa. Overall, it was a thoroughly pleasant and top-notch experience marked by comfort, elegance, and exceptional hospitality. I would be glad to stay here again on my next visit to Goa.

Out of three rooms, one room was having foul smell. Corridor towards restaurant was having bad smell, paneer at dinner was very very hard- we even reported the concern.. There was only single toothbrush in double occupancy rooms..

Good rooms, a one-off bad experience due to housekeeping carelessness
I had booked this hotel for 2 nights. The first day was great but for the second day I had requested them to allot me a room at a lower floor. On the second day, I reached the hotel at 1 AM in the night and wanted good sleep as my flight was at 12 PM the very next day. As soon as I took my keys and reached my room late at night, tired, I discover that the room is smelling of cigarette smoke. It seemed to me that the previous occupant had smoked a whole pack of cigarettes and the housekeeping did not ensure the smell goes away for the next occupant to have a pleasant experience. I complained at the reception, they visited the room and smelled it themselves but couldn't allot me another room. I went through this hassle with my mother and father (who is an asthma patient) at 2 AM in the night... This is not the experience I was expecting at such a good hotel which provided me a good stay for my previous night there. Although the staff helped me open the room window, it took a long time for the smell to go away but the room was then filled with mosquitoes and as a result my parents and I weren't able to sleep because of this harrowing experience. Cleanliness was an issue.. swimming pool was dirty.. room was dirty too.. proximity to the airport is the only good thing.

Clean, Nice Service, Good food.
Good and clean rooms. Service was excellent and provided to us even near midnight. Breakfast was the best part with so much variety. Definitely will be back again.

Issue 1 - they have a worse buffet in goa, the food was soo tasteless we can't even describe in words Issue 2- Service was like beating your own head on the wall, if you have ordered something or asked for something surely going to take 1-2 hr for small things and for food please assume it it is more worse only things which was good was the ambience of the room.

A total value for money, the room was very neat and tidy. Parking space is a little bit congested. Didn't get to visit the restaurant so don't know about the food. But apart from that a solid 9.5/10 stay.
