We had stayed in a suite that had one bedroom, one living room, small kitchen area with slab and sink with tea, coffee maker and small refrigerator. There was no microwave. Room rate was 6 k per night including complimentary breakfast, which I feel is at a higher side. Property has lot of rooms but seems to be little old. Not too many food choices. Food was good. There is no sea view from rooms. Sea beach is 5 minutes walk through a narrow passage. But beach was dirty and not maintained well.

Walking distance to Miramar Beach. Very good Bath room. Clean and pure water. Homely feeling. Safe place for family stay. Very near to Goa Panaji attractions like Dona pola and cruise starting point. Near to Panjim Main market. Great place to stay and have side seeing of Goa. Hotel travel desk provides all kinds to side seeing opportunity. Including pick up and drop.

I stayed at the hotel for three days in November'16, with my 7 months old daughter and wife. My only concern was fir baby's food and hygiene and I must say everything was much more than the exceptions. USP of the hotel is its staff, and it's very hard to choose anyone, all of them were great, supportive (we got milk for the bay in just 5 min, at 3 AM in the morning) Breakfast was also mouthwatering, specially yellow Dal. In short this is my only destination in Goa now.

Cons: 1) room service is slow.

Rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed great time in the pool. Complementary pick and drop to Calangute beach was an added advantage. Food was great and room service was faster as compared to other hotels. All in all we had a great stay at the hotel. Room tariff is very well fixed which is a total value for money as the hotel offers a wide variety of discounts on Spa and meals. The only concern was that in the evening there were a lot of mosquitos in the park and all around the pool. Hence we

Hotel but better options are also there, room service is not so good. They says its a beach side but beach is far away. Not so wow resort for being in Goa, After three call they didn't came for room service. AC was not working in the room, While checkout they charged extra for 2 hr late checkout, Market and other options are far away. Just a resort with swimming pool nothing more for beach side you need to go to other resorts and pay extra, As we went to Camilson next resort to bay watch to experience the beach.

Good hotel with excellent location though view from rooms is not that great; newly renovated rooms on 2nd floor are good. Breakfast spread though limited was delicious. Staff is courteous and helpful. It is good for business and leisure travellers as well as tourists and families. Overall a good experience.

Hotel rooms are train compartment, food from restaurant smells in room, no breathing space, no sea view, don't go, not at all value for money. Don't get attracted to Makemytrip web site they charged me 8000 for room not worth more than 4000.
