Stay was quite comfortable, Chaitanya, Nikita and vishwajeet were helpful with early check in. overall good experience

It’s a very good hotel and the location is great too. The staff is very cooperative and courteous. The rooms are nice. Only drawback that I saw is, variety in breakfast. For vegetarians, idli is common everyday and you feel tired of eating it. From live counter, I asked for utthapam and it was smelling like egg. The cook used the same tawa for cooking egg omelette and utthapam it seems and it killed my appetite. On top of that, there were some people from TamilNadu who were not able to understand that Vegetarian people don’t like to mix non-veg utensils with veg. They were using the utensils kept to handle idli to fix their egg omelette on their plate. After repeated request from me, I got a stare instead of apology.

It was safe and the location was very handy. Staff was friendly . From the diner to the reception to the housekeeping . All of them were good at their job.

property's location is good..food is nice and rest all amenities and services are quite good as expected.but only complaints is buffet,I alongside many guests have to wait too long for food ,staffs saying 5 mins but it almost took 30 mins to get Parantha's and vermicelli....once I get something's the other things gets finished..completely chaotic conditions at around 9.45 am no proper supervision by any of the supervisor.

Excellent value for stay! The room service was top-notch, and the reception team, particularly Nikita and David, were extremely helpful. The food was also delicious. One thing to note: they have a self-service baggage/luggage policy.

Stay at ginger was very nice. Team was supportive and rooms were very clean and spacious. It was located in very good location.
