Ginger Jaipur

The room was large and spacious and location of the hotel is good. It was overall a large clean and spacious property. Staff were also welcoming, especially at the reception. The food was not good though. Both the breakfast buffet and a la carte from restaurant were below average.

It was great experience and the service is commendable. Especially the front office and the catering team who looks after the guests all around the clock.

Stay was good. But the hotelier can atleast do a courtesy of giving chairs to the receptionist. They literally stand for complete one shift.

Rooms are clean, bedsheet towels are also clean. One thing that Ginger needs to put in is a bathroom dresser.

Good Evening. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to rate this Hotel in which we have been utilising for a long. We had found a great stay always that's why we opt for this property only. There are few things we need to share which is day room booking. As you may find that we are utilising day room in which we are taking facilities such as breakfast and sometimes lunch as well. Although it's an awesome hotel in Jaipur wherein we find very comfortable stay and peaceful ambience which is the USB of this property. Somehow we found bit delay at the time of breakfast because of gathering of guests. Still we find bit ignorance at the time of breakfast. We know that we are taking the day room but that doesn't mean we can't opt this facility or we found delay as well after ordering stuff. And if we come for food and facilities for hotel, it's best and most delicious. Services is also good. Only one thing we would like to share as feedback about day room facilities. We appreciate that this hotel is offering us good facilities for day room but check out time is bit disappointed. There should be exclusion and inclusion in this duration. Or please take it suggestion if someone wants to stretch after 5.00 P.M. then there should be some charges applicable but policy seems bit hard to go further. We had tried to ask about the exclusion in check out time but staff refused to apply charges saying that the same charge would be applicable if anyone wants to stay after 5.00. This seems bit disappointed factor in this hotel. Otherwise Ginger is good in food, facilities and all amenities well. It will be appreciated if something can be considered. Have a nice time. It was a wonderful stay at Ginger Jaipur, the staff and the service were very nice, they allowed us for early check in on our request and even after our check out they provided us a space where we kept our luggage for the rest of the day as our flight was in the evening and we went to explore the city, highly recommended you can go for it

Average stay overall. Washroom and room in general was not in great shape. Dinner was not setup in time and food quality was again average.

It was not a pleasant experience at Ginger Jaipur. The room service is very pathetic. The reception team is not responding to calls.

Good room food is good also near to airport no wine in hotel also it’s good for the family I know this hotel available at all the locations in India

worst stay the person at the reception didn't know which room we had selected they lost the charger too and said they don't have and after spending the whole 2 hrs in search i had to leave and got a message from them 2 days after that they found the charger.

There were no bathroom amenities in the room. It took them more than half an hour to provide them, they had to call three times. Also, the wash basin pipe was leaking, causing water to drip down.

It took them 15min to Allot room. Room was smelly cleanings was average. Worst part was I order dinner it took them 56min to deliver that to after 3 calls. Breakfast was below average. Food was average

Ginger Hotel for business trips are always good. Service from all the staff members are good. rooms are comfortable. at Jaipur, the rooms are bigger compared to other locations.

I found the hotel quite good in terms of location. The food was good and reasonably priced. However, I was disappointed with lack of cleanliness in the toilets attached to hotel rooms.

I have stayed at this hotel before as well but this time I was staying in a day use room and it was not all that clean and well maintained. Toilet seat was broken and there was a whole in bathroom wall. Pictures are attached for reference.
