Ginger Bangalore (IRR)

My stay at Ginger was generally positive, with the food being a highlight. However, I found the room to be somewhat small. I was particularly dissatisfied with the 2 PM check-in policy, which proved to be quite an inconvenience. The Ginger Bangalore (IRR)'s location was ideal for my needs, being close to the office. Unfortunately, the condition of the washroom did not meet the standards I would expect from a brand like Ginger. Despite these points, the overall experience was decent.

The staff was excellent and very polite. I had a great conversation with Sunaina, Namita, and a gentleman from the restaurant. The food was delicious, and the hospitality was impressive. I’ll definitely stay here again and will surely recommend this Ginger Bangalore (IRR) to my colleagues.🙂

Stay was comfortable, breakfast has too many healthy options. Room service was good and the property is at prime location in bangalore. Only drawback is there is no ventilation/fan in the bathroom and room. As in no windows are blocked so ventialtion is an issue.

Room was good, staff was helpful. A few things like the room not having a functioning locker and open window were poor at first but the team fixed it. But yes the room is a little small and tv is at a weird angle so yeah it's good but not the best

Property is good at a very prime location, maintained rooms and service staff are good. Chandan did smooth checkout at 6 am. If the cafeteria can start early, it would be better so that at least you get a cup of coffee or tea in morning.

Nandita was very helpful during my check-in process. She supported me with all my needs efficiently and with a positive attitude. Her assistance made the experience smooth and welcoming. Great job!

Good hospitality and ambiance. Food was tasty. Receptionist nandita helped settle. Overall a great place

The stay was peaceful and the food was good. Improvements could include treatment of insects in the washroom.

Very clean. Clean sheets and towels. Supplied water, fresh set of hand napkin and towel and other toiletteries whwnever called. Would like to pay less for the size of room though.

The Staff is good, service is good but the room size was okayish, could have been better. The location of the Ginger Bangalore (IRR) is also ok
