Room cleanliness and hygiene could have been much better. Maintenance needs improvement for a more comfortable stay. Bathroom hygiene was also lacking, which affected the overall experience.

The rooms are smelling and the amenities are also not upto the mask bedsheets are also smelling. Not recommended

I stayed at this property recently and while the location was convenient and the food served was quite good, the overall experience was let down by the condition of the rooms. They felt shady, poorly lit, and had an unpleasant smell throughout the stay. The cleanliness and maintenance were far below what I’ve come to expect from Ginger hotels. It didn’t feel like the standard of quality the brand usually delivers. If room comfort and hygiene are important to you, this property might not meet expectations. Definitely needs improvement in housekeeping and overall upkeep.

no ventilation in bathroom. electric plug and socket provided only 2 nos which is causes issue food service for breakfast is good but for lunch and dinner very poor service is good

pathetic support from MMT as well as hotel.

The hotel room was very small. I had opted for Luxe queen room but it was no bigger than their super saver room. I do not know the reason for this false advertising from the hotel as well as MMT. Inspite of the highest tariff for any of their room, the size of the room was very congested. The fridge also didn't work.

My stay at Ginger was generally positive, with the food being a highlight. However, I found the room to be somewhat small. I was particularly dissatisfied with the 2 PM check-in policy, which proved to be quite an inconvenience. The hotel's location was ideal for my needs, being close to the office. Unfortunately, the condition of the washroom did not meet the standards I would expect from a brand like Ginger. Despite these points, the overall experience was decent.

I'm really enjoying my time here. Cozy rooms, friendly staff, and a smooth experience so far. The location is super convenient for getting around the city. Definitely a great place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay!

Stay was comfortable, breakfast has too many healthy options. Room service was good and the property is at prime location in bangalore. Only drawback is there is no ventilation/fan in the bathroom and room. As in no windows are blocked so ventialtion is an issue.

No Hairdryer Iron box and pathetic Wi-Fi for a week still location is prime for peoples who works in EGL and Maruti infotech

Property is good at a very prime location, maintained rooms and service staff are good. Chandan did smooth checkout at 6 am. If the cafeteria can start early, it would be better so that at least you get a cup of coffee or tea in morning.

Nandita was very helpful during my check-in process. She supported me with all my needs efficiently and with a positive attitude. Her assistance made the experience smooth and welcoming. Great job!
