Ginger Goa, Panjim

Moment we entered, around 1:15, they said room is not available though check in time is 2PM IST, however, in their advertisement they have mentioned that guaranteed 2 hrs early check in... this does not justified what they write... Moreover their WiFi was not working had to call engineer, but still it did not work. Staff was too slow, after 2 reminder our luggage was sent to our room

We have been staying at Ginger from past 3-4 years. We find that everything we want us walking distance. Rooms are well maintained,staff friendly, ambiance good. Only problem is construction going on next door,so a little noisy

Rooms are clean but very compact. Dinner is good but breakfast is not at all good in taste. Location is ok.

Location is best, services are OK but room was smelling. Washroom don't have proper ventilations, causing toilet smell in all over room. Food is average. Amenities are not properly maintained. Water seepage in walls.

Ginger is centrally located in Panjim Business district and easy access to North and South Goa , also the Staying was good and pleasant with Courteous staff . Basic amenities feel is okay as per price point and easy for Guest to book this hotel due to Price point. food and hotel ambince is also good

Rooms were good, cleaned and well maintained. With regard to service during dinner, very bad service. Example, for preparing egg burji the captain or supervisor told it will take 30 minutes to prepare and he was arguing and defending. This is not the right way to speak to a guest. Also during break fast for the 3 days we stayed, spoons were not replaced and after asking the waiter and waitress, they did not respond. It shows total disrespect to the guest. Also, we had asked for dosa, it took 25 minutes to cook or NO RESPONSE . At the front office, executives seem to be rude and not responding.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food was quite good. However, I would request the hotel staff to be a bit more mindful about maintaining adequate cutlery and service arrangements during peak crowd hours.

Good stay with compact and all facilities. Good location affordable, feel like 5star.

Every month I stay in this hotel only. I just requested to add color channel but they denied. Not expected such behaviour.

It was an below or Average stay, for a simple welcome drink you have to call the reception 5 times, service was a bit slow and room size was very small
