Novotel Goa Candolim

Have been visiting this property almost from last 6 years. The quality of property and service has gone really down. This time experience was below average.

This is just a great package especially for family and kids. Best location, friendly staff, and crisp clean linen.

The experience was amazing, beaches are close by , shops food everything was readily available. Room was clean and the service was up to the mark.

Property is very good but a good renovation is needed and it cant be neglected as the peak tourism season is coming. The breakfast was great and the food was amazing. The buggy service was excellent and the beach was fascinating. The room was kind of old fashioned and needs to be renovated and the mosquitoes were a huge problem as we were able to sleep at night but was solved by room service

Okay so the interiors are nice.. all the things are nice except how the hotel is understaffed the staff tried their best with everything but once we asked for housekeeping as we headed out.. we came back after 2 hrs and the room was the same how we left.. theyre quite understaffed or they just forget sometimes idk... also the breakfast buffet scenes around 9am was chaotic..because again it was difficult to manage its better if u can come for breakfast around 745-815am rest pool was good... enjoyed the stay

My experience at this hotel was very disappointing. The staff behavior was extremely rude and unhelpful — they seemed completely uninterested in assisting guests. The property is under renovation, and because of that, the intercom was not working, which caused a lot of inconvenience. The food quality was also very poor, with the same dishes being served every day and no variety at all. The room condition was equally bad — it had a strong, unpleasant smell and felt unclean. I even upgraded my room by paying an additional + 18% GST per day (nearly extra in total), but the upgraded room was in the same poor condition. Overall, not worth the money. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel until they complete their upgradation and improve service standards.

The stay was amazing with great level of detailing given to every aspect of hospitality from food to room cleanliness to the comfort. Totally rejuvenated . Will definitely visit again

never say Novotel again.... smelly rooms.. had to change my room twice... was full of and mosquitos... even the breakfast was nothing to write home about... hardly any spread... dosa when served was parched and stone-cold.. cold milk was barely cold... I mean who gets an idly wrong....

Out stay at novotel was excellent we were welcomed warmly the moment we arrived with a Refreshing welcome drink, check in was smooth. The room was impeccable clean. The pool area offered a beautiful view, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings. The food and overall service were excellent. The highlight of our stay was definitely the Goan cuisine—it was absolutely delicious and full of authentic flavors. Overall, it was a delightful experience that we would love to enjoy again.

Booked suite but terrible view from balcony of suite , you can see only other houses Tin shed roof with lot of garbage over it We booked Dinner / lunch with breakfast . On first day they told buffet is not there , you can select from menu . Breakfast menu almost same for all 4 days . Poha , Pancake , Idli , Vada, Samosa etc Horrible tea at breakfast but when you order in room , good tea served but price of 370 /- per cup . One day we left breakfast without tea, asked for tea multiple times but they don’t bother .

Had requested at the reception to pack my breakfast for the next morning for my flight. Reconfirmed it in the night. But in the morning nobody had any clue about it and we had to leave without it. Horrible experience

It's a very good hotel . Very sweet staff . specially the girl on the reception I don't remember her name . and it's on mane location as just besides Banana leaf restaurant. Besides Delhi Darbar all nice surroundings. excellent place with clean rooms

Hotel ambience is very good . And breakfast food is very healthy. Services and housekeeping well

The stay was good, though they did not follow the instructions given while booking, good property, good rooms, best part is swimming pool, it's one of the post pools in entire Goa, very good if you have small kids. Only disappointing part was breakfast, we had 3 days breakfast and 95% of the menu is same, they literally repeat every day the same venue. overall good stay

Good enjoyable stay at the property. The property was well maintained with amenities in working conditions including the kids area and swimming pool

After conducting research, I selected Novotel. I was highly impressed with its clean and comfortable rooms and additional facilities. I highly recommend it!

Food was pretty average and reptitive

The hotel stay was good but the room service was good and the staff response was very delay and the breakfast buffet was routine items all the day. Vallet parking will also take time. No vibes of 5star hotels

the toilets were stinking on first day second day they denied me pool view room after confirming at the time of extending my stay kids free khichdi never came even after calling 3 times breakfast was the same all five days of my stay

room has no windows...un clean filters of ac smelling bad....could not sleep ..food.n other facility good
