Staff is very courteous however lack professionalism. We had 3 day family stay with 2 rooms and b/f and either lunch/dinner included and paid for. B/F was good however the restaurant was very dis-organized. They had us wait out for cleaning a table and then due to their neglection was occupied by someone else and the. We were told to sit out of the a/c area in the open area outside. The first day we did go for dinner expecting a buffet but we were told that the buffet would not be laid as there were less guests and we could choose from a buffet menu that was limited. Inspite if having paid for the lunch/dinner we did not avail that facility as very limited options and the 3rd day had similar to the 1st day menu. The 2nd day there was a power outage in the evening and the back up generator was not taking the load / working. We were being told technical issues and will be on in 5 to 10 mins. The rooms were out of lights for approx 45 mins which was very suffocating. Instructed the front desk to atleast inform guests so that they can keep their doors open as there were a lot of children too and not giving them a proper timeline for resolution was a health and safety issue that was not addressed professionally by the staff.

The rooms and bathrooms were clean. The breakfast buffet was good too. Room size is mentioned as 330 sft but looks smaller in size. We can use only 2 devices using hotel wifi and need to ask at reception for extra usage of devices and they will provide a different password for it. Overall a good stay.

We stayed here for 3 days, this hotel is so so amazing. All the staff welcoming you everyday with good smile. Super supportive staff, clean pool, spacious room, comfy beds and rooms are very quiet. all things are perfect in this stay. Location of this hotel is also very good, you can do a night walks easily, bars and flees at very minimal distance. I can say this is a very good stay.
