They transfferd our stay without informing us On other hotel And that new hotel is terrible Not Cleaned room No proper room service

We reached on time, stay manager said AC not working. They are so irritating to talk genuinely. The way hotel responded is pathetic. We asked for refund or arrange alternate option, they are like so casuyin telling it's technical fault.

Not ac work no clear room

Our stay at Falcon Resorts in Goa was below expectations. The rooms were not as shown in the photos, which was disappointing. The included breakfast was very limited, restricted to just one dish per person, which was not sufficient. Cleanliness was average, and the bathroom facilities were not up to the mark. Room service also lacked cooperation — when we requested extra glasses, we were told only two were allowed per room, even though three of us were staying together. Similarly, only two towels were provided instead of three. Small things like this really affect the comfort of the stay. Overall, the experience was okay, but there’s a lot of scope for improvement in terms of service, cleanliness, and facilities.

Had a pleasant stay! The property was well-maintained, with a great location close to key attractions. Rooms were clean, food was tasty, and the staff was helpful especially Mr. Deepak . Overall a comfortable and value-for-money experience. Will definitely consider booking again through MakeMyTrip

The location , food and services were good . we enjoyed our stay there. The only problem which we faced was about the water , in which somehow we were feeling a current through the water coming from the tap of the basin. That's all , otherwise overall it was truly a good experience.

The only positive part of my stay was the service provided by "Kiran Kumar Mandal" – he was polite, helpful, and tried his best to make things comfortable. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. The staff overall was "non-cooperative" , and the girl at the reception was particularly rude. Offline charges are extremely high, so it's better to book via "MMT" , where you can get better discounted rates. The shower was broken, and even after complaining 2-3 times, no one came to fix it. The pool was in a terrible condition, and there’s no lift – only stairs, which is inconvenient. The fridge wasn’t working, no toothpaste was provided, and there's no place to hang clothes, which is basic for any stay. On the brighter side, the location is good and the food was actually nice. But overall, a lot of improvement is needed in terms of maintenance and hospitality.

Room was not upto standards. Lights were very less in one room only 2 bulbs were lit. Sockets were not workinh amd washroom lights were gone and nobody fixed it nor they gave any alternative room. Car parking facility was very poor. No proper place for parking car. The owner was rude as well.

Nice staff and centrally located property. Easily accessible to nearby sites. The only issue is that there are some insects in room. Need to be taken care of that. Overall it was a good experience stayin there.

Very near to main road. Hospitality is very good. Staff is humble and services are very good. Easy access to Beach.

The hotel was not maintained as shown in pics.. it was very old building..they are mosquito & flys. Could be maintained well..

found property in make my trip app. resort people given good hospitality and make arrangements like scuba diving and cruise dinner. very cooperative and supportive staff. clean rooms. over all my trip was enjoyed and satisfied. thank for Falcon resorts goa.

Very unprofessional / not up to the photo updated on the google it’s completely different . No service . Breakfast only tithe namesake . I would recomand don’t use this property

The property don't have a food service of its own. The breakfast was served from an attached restaurant, which only serves you breakfast worth approx rs 100- per person. The swimming pool was a shallow pond just infront of gate, suited for cheap gentry. Overall, it was just an average hotel/lodge, not at all a resort. They just copied the name falcon resorts nearby. The location is also very average like near railway stations in delhi/ghaziabad. Although they allowed us to keep our luggage after check out, that was appreciable. The accommodation worths hardly 2-2. 5 thousand per night for which we have been charged about 6 thousand per night in the name of new year. There are may similar guest houses/hotels nearby with better service.

tv is not working and I complained about it they said they will fix it but they are not willing to do
