Well maintained standard serviced apartment. The staff are extremely helpful and the food is really good for the price

It’s a nice budget friendly property, away from the chaos. Staff is friendly and cooperative. My only complaint is that when i ordered an extra bed, they told me it’s a sofa bed, which was a little uncomfortable. Also, i feel that the cleaning of the rooms should be done on a daily basis. Overall, it’s a great property with a nice pool. Would love to visit again.

Good rooms, good food, clean property. I had good time with family.

It was all very good. We found the room clean and pleasant to stay in. The food was excellent and well served. Room service was always prompt and courteous, and the people happy to serve.

Average place to stay not much facilities

Clean and very well maintained property. Near to all tourist attractions and friendly staff helped us with scooty rental

The hotel is good but no facilities as far as breakfast & food is concerned. It’s only meant for lodging. Family & couples cannot stay here. Basic necessities like rlectric kettle, hand towels are not provided. Also the room is being cleaned every 3rd day and so bath towels are changed only after 3 days. The basic masala omelette was made with just eggs and chilli powder. The swimming pool timings are only till 7pm. Think before booking this hotel

This place is located in centre of Goa. The best is all beaches are hardly 20 to 30 mins from here. Mountain view from the room adds 5 stars to the stay. Location is quite sound and safe. Overall enjoyed the stay.

I would like to highlight good and bad things about this hotel. Good: 1. Room were neat and clean. 2. Hotel location is very peaceful. 3. Staff behavior. Bad: 1. No basic services in the room like electric kettle, shampoo and body cleaner, chair in balcony, hand towels, etc. 2. There is no room dining or restaurant in the hotel. 3. No swimming pool. 4. Under construction building. 5. Bed size is small and ideal for 2 members. But we have paid for three and there is no arrangements for accommodating three members in one room. 6. Not ideal for couple or family.

It was a pleasant stay in North Goa with very worm and welcoming staff. Ideal place for a peace full holiday in Goa
