O Hotel Goa, Candolim Beach

Front desk manager was very rude. Food quality plus combination was not so great. Limited breakfast menu.tea served in breakfast was horrible..in room dining is very expensive. the near by shakes were charging money on whatever service and there is no option other than paying those charges as there the number if shakes are very less. BETTER TO STAY AT CALANGUTE. Overpriced hotel with no special service .

Overall stay was great. Very helpful staff. We got early check in. The direct access to Candolim beach is a great plus point. The breakfast and overall service was great.

Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing due to multiple service issues. There was no hot water, so we couldn’t use the bathtub we specifically paid for. We had to bathe in cold water, and there was also a water logging issue in the bathroom. When we informed the staff about the issue, they sent a technician who kept giving excuses and said that hot water would come in half an hour. However, the hotel staff didn’t even check afterward to see if the problem was resolved. Later, another person came to inspect the issue, but they also continued giving excuses instead of fixing the problem. When we asked to speak with the manager on duty or access a complaint register, the reception informed us they didn’t have either. There was no register available for guests to report issues. Additionally, the hotel does not provide valet parking, and since it was raining, we had to go outside ourselves to get the car — the staff didn’t even offer an umbrella. The reception staff were extremely rude and unhelpful throughout. Overall, the service quality was unacceptable, and I would strongly advise against booking this hotel if you expect even basic hospitality or courtesy from the staff.

Good hotel , rooms are average , food is ok but expensive. Pool area and garden are good and well maintained. But fountains are not working which they should concentrate.

Check-in was quick, and the front desk staff were welcoming. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great city view. Wi-Fi worked well for my meetings. The breakfast buffet had a wide spread, though vegetarian options could be improved. Overall, a comfortable stay with good value for money. I had a wonderful stay at O Hotel. The property has easy access to the beach and a lovely pool, which made the experience even better. The staff were very polite and welcoming throughout my stay. A special mention to Lal, who served us the most delicious food with great hospitality. Truly a memorable experience—highly recommended!

Our stay at o hotel candolim was fun many many amenities we enjoyed pool we enjoyed jacuzzi although jacuzzi was not powerful the size was big and the pressure wasnt but the dining staff was very nice to us always very polite and smiling nature even the house keeping staff was very nice we had one complaint with the hotels entry gate which kind of made me upset because we were not allowed to enter from entry gate with our rented scooter we were asked to come inside from exit gate that too was never opened completely where in cars were allowed to enter from entry gate just not scooties thats what made me upset why the differenciation and i even told that matter to receptionist but they had no idea about gates anyways except this the stay was awsome...Thank you

The room is not fresh as shown in pitcher plus balcony is not clean bath room area is so poor there is plumbing problem on bath tub Properly located in nice place but the food quality it’s ok ok Breakfast is so poor only 7 manu options

Very old property, the interior was very old and dirty. Breakfast was terrible, this property either needs renovation or else they should not list it as a 5 star property. We stayed because we couldn’t get a refund. The view from our room was supposed to be a garden view, instead it turned out to be a dumpyard.. very bad experience with the hotel.

O hotel is relaxing and nice stay .. some minor improvements will take it to next level .. kudos to make my trip for making good deal

The only advantage of this hotel: It has private access to Candolim beach. Decent swimming pool. However, room wasn't that good. The mirror was unclean, TV remote was not working maintenance and service was slow. We had a dinner added to our package, which was not a buffet to oir surprise. Limited menu A la carte which the server mentioned verbally, Menu card wasn't present. Not living upto the cost, this hotel needs to work a lot on their hospitality services.

Courtyard rooms are without balcony. The deluxe rooms have balconies but there are really small. No smart TVs. Pool is also not appealing. Dining area is hot during summers no air conditioning available in dining area. Welcome drink was average.

It was comfortable. It’s not first time we stayed here it’s my 5th time. Room is good property is also good. But pool is not clean. And bf is not good. Same options all day.

Pathetic experience at Hotel Extremely poor services by the staff, food is extremely bad and rooms are defunct, lights do not work, door bells do not work. The list is long.

They have very bad range of breakfast, most of the facilities at the property is not operative and the service and material staff is bad
