It was a family trip. The location is good, proximity to beach, market, famous food joints serves the purpose of relaxing and walking.

Prime location,Clean premises, quick services, polite staff and delicious food. Private and clean beach. Friendly environment. Full of entertainment.

The property is neat, clean, and beautiful. The staff are very polite and the hospitality is very nice. Food is good. The pool is clean and the water is filtered regularly. Overall a nice stay.

Property is located at Sinquerium beach, nice location, food was good though full fledged canteen was not in operation due to off season. Staff was courteous. A great stay.

Stayed here for the second time, and expectation were high specially with ossers from MMT booking (they had offered free room upgrade and 2 pints of beer per day during the stay. Firstly got disappointed on checking, when both MMT offers were not included. Secondly had to stay in Standard room at back side with extra Bed (last time had stayed in bigger and spacious room on front side). I was visiting Goa during monsoon. Stay was pleasant, really helpful & hearty staff. Route to access beach is available within campus & just two minutes walk to a known club. Washroom and bedsheets were clean too. The property is beautiful & maintained well.

It was a cosy property, with courteous, helpful and friendly staff. The breakfast was consistently good throughout the stay. The property has a charming vibe to it. The rooms were clean and comfortable. There is a nice beach that’s just a 2-min walk away, can be accessed from the hotel. It was overall a great experience staying here.

The location and stay was excellent, close to the pubs and shacks, 10 mins walk to beach. The room was spacious, we didn't try food here as there were plenty of options outside.

we booked 7 rooms, for first day they gave us 5 rooms in “m” block & 2 rooms in “l” block over there we had some issues like mosquitoes 🦟 & construction debris outside balcony area view swimming pool was not functional for first 3 days, it started for last 2 days. we were 15 persons if you are getting from “a” block to “i” block then it is worth place to stay in candolim, goa….! will share some pictures as well with you….!

They haven’t cleaned the sheets ambience doesn’t feel well as they are not main-ting it properly. Food at stay restaurant is very bad couldn’t even able to eat and they charged 400 for just fried rice.

Location & ambience are great. Just furniture, window frame are too old & need to be changed. Staff is courteous, breakfast had many options. Overall good experience.
