V good hospitality and room service location is very good near to beaches and shops near to all amenities staff at reception and kitchen is good

The staff is rude and disrespectful. Only for profit, no customer service. We had two rooms and it was corporate booking for work. The couldn’t even give any meal after 10:30 pm.

Hotel was extremely worn out and tired looking. We faced major cleanliness and hygiene issues as soon as we entered the hotel. The room which was allocated to us had musty smell and major dampness. There was fungus on the headboard and the sofa fabric. Everything in the room was almost in a bad condition. We had later requested for another room which was again in a bad state however the room was again cleaned infront of us and then it was given. We had planned to stay for two nights but reduced our stay for one night due to major cleanliness issues we faced. 1. The water coblets were dirty and had brown substance. 2. Headboard had fungus which was later cleaned. 3. The shower didn't work and also the fixtures were loose and we had to use bucket and mug to take a bath. 4. We ordered for drinks in the afternoon around 1 pm but there was no ice available. The order taker was not aware about the charges and the drink was served in dirty glasses. 5. Payment for the drinks were collected from us at 9. 45pm in the night which was bizzare rather tha payment could have been collected at the time of checkout. It was mere 300 rupees. We had already paid 3500 for a night prior to our checkin. 6. Our room charges included breakfast however there was no buffet. In the morning they mentioned that one a loo pratha and poha can be given. 7. Corridors were covered with plastic sheets and then also the rainwater was dripping inq rhea corridor. 8. The hotel product was good however was very poorly managed and not maintained at all. Before booking this hotel we recommend to check the hotel personally as i suppose no one would like to stay there. It's better to book nearby hotels which are nearly half priced and offer better cleaning services.

Great location and wonderful hosts. Clean and tidy. Rooms and well furnished and other resources are great.

location is easy to find , baga beach and Candolim beach is located near to hotal , rooms were cleaned , well maintained and swimming pool is clean and can be used between 9 am to 6 pm , there is in build restaurant and bar , location is prime near hotel there is many restaurants and bar , room service is excellent , overall experience is fabulous 👌

This hotel is very close to candolim beach, very good for family stay, i booked superior room which is enough for 2+2kids for 4 nights, the staffs are very friendly, they helped us for early check-in (6am in the morning) and also given discount on our stay in a deluxe room, and it's so comfort for family (more spacious and very clean). Its very much worth for money paid. There are few restaurants and evening street food very close to this hotel, we can get good food with moderate price (sagar/udipi. Very much value for money, very friendly staffs, very spacious rooms, very much close to beach, restaurants and shopping area, i suggest this hotel for comfortable stay. Thanks for all the hotel staffs for the great support, especially to ram for his kind support and guidance.

I felt it was the beat deal i got in candolim hotel was a great value for money deal. Everything was good. Staff behaviour, room size, infrastructure, pricing, etc. Also they upgraded our room to pool view without extra charge.

Excellent stay at silver sands. Humble staff. Big rooms. Clean towels. Will definitely recommend for a nice holiday.

The most pathetic hotel we have come across. Rather assisting they make your stay horrible. I was disappointed with the overall experience. The service was poor, and the staff didn't assist in anything. Additionally, i found the pricing to be overly expensive for the level of service provided"

Room was spacious, it's good for family or couples but room services need to really improved.

Pleasant stay. Helpful staff. Clean environment. Food ok had taken only breakfast in the package. Not very tasty but not bad too. Ok overall good in terms of proximity to beach. 10 mins walk to beach

Stayed there for 3 days with no wifi. No cleaning for 2 days. Food also is very average. Everything else was there but not cleaned like crocery, bath tub has stains

The hospitality is ok, room service and cleanliness is not upto the mark. Breakfast is good. Rooms need improvement as i had a deluxe room but light in room seams less.

The ambience was good, the hotel management were supportive and helpful it's a great deal to be part of silver sands hideaway
