Food and location

The location is good nearby Candolim beach. About the room i had taken the City view room an average not so luxurious so I had to upgrade to a Deluxe room by paying extra money. Deluxe rooms are nice. The property is good. The food n facilities are good. I have to pay even for water as no complimentary minerals water is not provided for a 2 day stay. Overall the property is good to stay.

Only one negative. The network connectivity was very poor.

The food is little more spicy. They should give option for less spicy variants to the guests visiting the restaurant. Otherwise everything is perfect.

The stay was very comfortable, and the staff were extremely polite and helpful. They have one of the best beachside restaurants, serving delicious and high-quality food. Jishan, the receptionist, was particularly helpful. He guided us with activities and explorations and arranged convenient services like taxis based on our budget. By default, he suggested the most economical options, ensuring a great experience. Outside goa are full of cheaters so I suggest everything avail through the hotel staff if you are new there.

The place is nice. The food is good. But the linens are dirty. They charged me rs. 600 for 2 pillow covers only because of hair dye stains. Completely illogical.

I find out about the property by my friend and booked the room via mmt app. Location found by maps and about food i don't know since i didn't order anything from here. I am pure vegetarian so i didn't order anything. Services are top notch. Rooms are super clean. Best room given by mmt to us. Would recommend booking through make my trip app only.

Location is extremely good. Very near to market and beach. Swimming tank was icing on cake for us. We being senior citizens love to sit in the balcony and enjoy. The furniture was old but ok. Good and drinks were excellent. Service also was excellent. We were allotted room on the second floor and for us it was bit uncomfortable. At least for senior citizens, rooms at lower floor be allotted. Parking was available but we were not aware hence we had to pay rs. 1500 for parking. It is advisable that the tourists be informed about free parking and they need not park at the common parking lot. Overall experience has been lovely.

I am thinking of what I didn't like at the hotel but I can't. It was worth what I paid for (I guess). Everything was decent. The restaurant was on the really expensive side, though they're not forcing you to buy 😄.

It was a relaxed and pleasant stay. The awesome weather was a plus point. Near the beach, 5 min walk.

The rooms are big and clean and the place also is very nice but the room service is bad you need to call back to back for even a basic thing like water

An absolutely comfortable stay, the owner and the staff are very kind people and are always helpful. This will always be my go-to hotel on candolim beach road, went there for the 3rd time and will come back!

Bathroom not hygiene, only puri bhaaji only 1 item in breakfast and no shower gel, shampoo and toilet tissues

The location of the place is ideal. It’s close by to the beach and close by to a lot of nice restaurants. They do have their own sit out which serves good food and enjoy a game of football in the evening with the crowd. The place should start to offer at least 1 bottle of water a day, it’s a necessity.

Hotel looks good but the service can be better. Pool was not functioning properly. Toiletries were not available at the rooms

Pros: clean and peaceful room, good food if you order, room service, comfortable bed cons: ac, tv and intercom was not working properly. They don't provide anything in the bathroom other than a small medimix soap and towel, so take your own shower gel, shampoo, toothpaste, bucket or anything you want. Food is good but too costly as per standard. They won't provide cutlery if you have taken home food with you or have ordered from outside. For the basic room and service if you pay more than 3500 + tax per night is on the expensive side. Limited items for breakfast: in veg you will get puri of maida with potato curry one day and aaloo pratha again maid in maida on another day if you have booked the hotel for more than one day with maaza and tea. For non veg 3 slice of toast with butter jam and omelette/fried eggs/scrambled egg.

The location of the hotel was near the beach candolim and all facilities are very good, like swimming pool, hotel rooms etc
