After paying such a huge amount, the hospitality was very disappointing. I had to wait for almost an hour just to check in, and even after that, the service was slow. The room was not properly cleaned or maintained, and the security staff seemed inattentive and careless. Overall, the experience was far below expectations.

The stay was very pleasant and the ambience made it all the more relaxing. My kids had a grt time at the pool and play area. The Trattoria restaurant food was awesome with friendly and polite staff. The property is beautiful and staff was very helpful. Surendra at the reception helped us in early check in and check out as well.

We stayed at Hole La Estoria, Goa from 9th to 12th October, and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The hotel staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and always ready to help. We were pleasantly surprised when they upgraded our room, which made our stay even more special. The food was delicious, with great variety and taste, and the large swimming pool added to the relaxing vibe of the property. Rooms/facilities : well furnished rooms. Airconditoner a bit noisy. Some power issues. But overall exceptional value fore money. Food :One restaurant and Looby bar. Sufficient selection of local, Indian and a few international varities. Bar has good cock annd mocktails. Staff: Exceptional courtesy, concern and service. Traditional musical welcome. Quickk checkin and checkout. Very helpful in arranging sightseeing requests.

The O Hotel Candolim Goa is a not a 5 star property at all. it is an old refurbished cottage. the rooms are not up to the mark. the balcony in the rooms are so small that they are utterly useless. you only get to see other properties tin shed from balconies. there's no room with sea view. what a waste of location. electrical connections/fittings are too old. swimming pool is small too.

La Estoria is a beautiful property with a great ambience. The rooms are well-maintained, food is delicious, and the staff is very courteous and helpful. Had a comfortable and enjoyable stay – would definitely recommend
