At first i felt the service is compromised as the room allocated to me was way below my standard it had yellow bed sheets, very depressing walks with paint peeling off, even i made advance call to ensure i get better room. I checked in at 1 am, next morning i met Mr Sujan CRM manager who upgraded my room while accepting and showing understanding on my concern. Not only that my experience turned around post my discussion with him. I give the credit to Mr, Sujan.

From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was perfect. The rooms were spotless, well-appointed, and extremely comfortable. The food was absolutely delicious – every meal exceeded our expectations. Exceptional Hospitality and a Comfortable Stay

We had an early morning flight to Goa and requested an early check-in, which the hotel kindly accommodated. A special mention to Satya, who was truly amazing with his warm hospitality and professionalism—he made the whole experience seamless and welcoming. The stay at Fairfield by Marriott was excellent, and the service exceeded expectations. Highly recommend this place for both comfort and outstanding service!

Poor Stay

I had a very bad expercience The room had no hair dryer The bill communtion was not done properly i didn’t get 10% discount on food and bevergers Everytime i ordered something it took 1 hours to come to my room After all the billing done 2 days after checkout i got a call saying that my one bill is pending Which wasn’t served
