location was amazing ,Private access to Utorda beach and the sunset was beautiful. food is delicious , amenities are nice , there was foot massager in room, it was really unique point and the services were on time

Stay was really great, good ambience and excellent food, Friendly Staff. Hotel had amazing view and private beach access. Activities in the evening were an addon to the stay.

We had a great experience in the resort. We travelled with our Golden Retriever girl and it's worth it. The property was beautiful. So much space for the pet to move. The beat part was private beach. We enjoyed a lot. The property has dogs and they were very friendly. Staffs were helpful and the food was extremely delicious. Normally when you order in a high-end resort you might feel the quantity is not enough but this was not the case in Planet Hollywood Beach Resort. Price was justified. We will again go back very soon.

Poor service, rooms are not worth booking amount, breakfast spread is less

Very average stay. Pool view room not same as shown in photograph. No difference between garden view and pool view room .food was okay.the restaurant closed at 10.30 pm. Late check out was given in office season too. Not recommended at all at this price.

The atmosphere around the property is relaxing and peaceful, with pleasant ambience throughout the resort. Service: While the staff maintained a high standard of cleanliness across the property and in the rooms, the service could be improved, particularly around check-out time. Despite visiting during the off-season, I received persistent follow-up calls just 20 minutes past the official check-out, which felt unnecessarily strict considering the low occupancy. Cleanliness: Cleanliness was truly top-notch, and the housekeeping teams did a wonderful job keeping the property spotless and hygienic. Rooms: Note that sea-view rooms were closed during my stay, and only pool-side rooms were available. Also, while the resort itself felt safe, there were street dogs just outside the rooms (not inside the property itself). I personally love dogs, but as I was traveling with a toddler, this was a minor concern. Food: The biggest highlight of my stay was the food. The variety and quality of the breakfast and other meals were excellent, making dining a real pleasure. Value: Although I enjoyed many aspects of my experience, including the food and cleanliness, I did feel that there are better hotel options available at a similar price point in South Goa. It was a good property with excellent service from the hotel staff whether its housekeeping, dining staff, room service or reception staffs. Everything was too nice one of the best services i ever experienced in any resort or hotel.

We had a great experience at Planet Hollywood Beach Resort in Goa. To be honest this has to be the best stay I had anywhere in my life till now. Every service that they provided was top notch.

Stayed for three nights. Overall experience is 4/5. I will visit again for sure. Majority staff are great with hospitality. Though I would strongly recommend the team to introduce themself when boarding guests to their Hotel. Property is huge. Buggy services available anytime on call. All places are clean and neatly maintained. There's couple of maintenance activities going on along with new expansion. But the noise is not at all audible inside the rooms. A very pet friendly place. Some staffs are super friendly. We got a small shihtzu. She is family to us and get everywhere we go. There are couple of large indian dogs in the property and they are sterilized and vaccinated. They are super friendly as well and ensured we got attention at all times from the first day till the end. Food: Super bakery by Enjamul. I love baked food and he does it well. Restaurant staff Sabhya was amazing with her hospitality and arrangements. Super. The desi chat counter could be lively. Pani Puri wasn't available. All food stood out well including the anniversary dining at Poseidon's Cove. Chef Subho and Rohit. Vivek and the team also made the dining experience great. We were on a tight budget and compromising on luxury was also not in our plan for Goa and PH experience did justice. This was an off-season and asking for activities isn't practical. It was an easy and awesome stay. Resort is best enjoyed when you for more than 2 days. Food is expensive here and no other options apart from resort. I would recommend to stay here again

The stay was very comforting. Hotel staff was very courteous, polite and helpful. They were on their toes for every help and assistance we seeked. Overall hotel is good with infrastructure facilities, room service and food. Appreciate all the hotel people for making a memorable gateway for us.
